Since I've been in Ferrara, Atlantic has become my point of reference. I couldn't think of having breakfast anywhere else or bringing the mignon home for Sunday lunch. The products are of the highest quality, always fresh and with a touch of innovation that never distorts tradition. Every bite is an experience: from the fragrant brioche in the morning to the trays of small delights. The girls at the counter, be it the bar or the pastry shop, are the sun on foggy days: smiling, quick and always available. And then there are Monia and Fabiano who make the difference. The environment is always tidy, bright, warm, with those scents that make you want to sit down and take your time. The products, displayed like jewels, tell the story of the mastery and dedication of the pastry chefs. Atlantic is not just a pastry shop, it is a certainty for those who love uncompromising quality.

I went with my parents (but my sister is a regular customer). I tried several mignons. Excellent. Last but not least, I tried the bowl of trifle, a dessert I try in all the pastry shops in the Ferrara area. Excellent. Well done. The girls at the counter were all smiling! The pastry counter is well looked after and nice to look at.

Today I ate a vegan pasta with pistachio cream.. it was phenomenal! For birthdays we take cakes from them and have never been disappointed. The staff is kind and prepared. It's just a shame about the limited space because, being very popular, it is often crowded. But in any case for me it remains among the few excellent pastry shops in Ferrara.
