But it also offers a glimpse of Sicilian cuisine, serving panelle made just like in Palermo, with authentic flavors. I highly recommend coming here if you truly want to eat well-made local cuisine with excellent ingredients. The pizza rossa sauce is the best you can eat. I also recommend the cacio e pepe frittatas, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
