04/09/2025: Great people, I was truly satisfied at lunch today. The cooking and flavor of the rice for the various sushi preparations was perfect, delicious. All the ingredients seemed fresh and flavorful. For the first time, I tried a first course (buckwheat spaghetti with seafood), which was excellent. There was nothing left on my plate, and I complimented the chef. The menu also features some delicious traditional Chinese dishes, such as rice dumplings. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the owner is so kind and friendly that you want to hug her. What more can I say? Let's hope they maintain this quality; it's definitely the best Asian fusion restaurant in Andria. Thanks, Umibe.
