The classic bar found only in Italy: excellent pasta (sweet or savory), coffee at popular prices, mixed and chatty customers, courteous and prepared family-run service. The cantuccini were excellent, they made a splash!

06/04/2024: We had Espresso martini with gin & Espresso martini with votka with patatoes as side dish.. as an after dinner snack. It is in the beautiful Piazza, with good service, tho a little overpriced due to location I guess.
26/03/2024: We were looking for a late afternoon glass of wine and stopped into Irene. It is connected to the Hotel Savoy and is a very upscale spot on the piazza with great service, but the prices (because it is connected to the Savoy!) seem much higher than other good options for a drink in the area.

01/10/2023: Pizza was delicious, service staff didn't feel like it. We were skillfully ignored by the young man and while we paid, he didn't even look at us and talked to anyone else. The lady who spoke English, however, was very friendly. However, we didn't feel welcome as tourists.
24/09/2023: I stopped for an aperitif, not bad
