It's truly special: very firm, full, creamy, with an intense and natural flavor that's hard to find elsewhere.
You can immediately taste the quality and attention to detail.

Very tasty food, a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and truly wonderful service. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel at home. Everything was fresh and full of flavor — a great place to relax and enjoy authentic Italian cuisine.

The only downside: it was incredibly busy, but then again, it was between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m., peak lunchtime on a weekday.
So, there was a short queue and lots of chatter and commotion. But aside from that, the atmosphere was fantastic, the service was excellent and friendly, the food was delicious, and don't forget to enjoy the traditional Becirin coffee from Turin.

Everything was very good and cheap. Dos Aguas, a salmon sandwich and a cold cuts sandwich, were delicious and good quality for nine euros.
