Il locale è piccolo, ci sono troppi tavoli al punto che è difficile muoversi. Bagno piccolo ma pulito. Camerieri cortesi. La pasta è molto buona. Per secondo ho scelto la trippa ma c'è di molto meglio; mia moglie cicoria ripassata e l'ha trovata insipida.

Pastarmonica has earned, according to my tastes, the title of the best carbonara in Rome and, without a doubt, the best I have ever tasted. I have been several times for both lunch and dinner and, despite the curiosity to try other dishes, I can never give up their carbonara, it is so irresistible. A culinary experience that I highly recommend to everyone!

Opened at 7.30pm on Saturday when I went - owner was kind and there is an English menu. I really liked the meatballs with carbonara sauce. It gets very busy around 830 so come earlier or make a reservation!

I had already tried Pastarmonica last year and was very satisfied with the quality of the pasta and the seasonings. I went back yesterday for lunch with my mom and, as I remembered, the pasta was very good. The beef stew that I chose as a filling for the ravioli was of good quality, as was the condiment (butter and parmesan). We didn't book and we arrived late at the venue (2.30pm), it was full and yet we still managed to get a seat. Even though we were practically stuck at the table next to us, in the end everything went well. I would definitely go back.

We stopped by chance at this pasta factory and it was an incredible discovery! The tonnarelli cacio e pepe were perfect, creamy and tasty at the right point. Chestnut and brandy ravioli with melted taleggio cheese? A poem for the palate, a balance of autumnal flavors that left us speechless. The simple but delicious house grilled chicory and vegetables completed a truly special meal. To end on a high note, an extraordinary chestnut cake. The staff? Super tender, welcoming and attentive. Every detail taken care of, superlative is an understatement.
