Fantastic! Super fresh pasta because it is made there on the spot. Original recipes, tasty, with special ingredients mixed with wisdom. Large portions and truly exceptional. If it were up to me I would eat there every day! Truly not the usual pasta. For lovers with a fine palate who appreciate new flavors

I was in Rome for a couple of days and I was at your place. Impeccable service and very nice place. Incredible pasta alla carbonara and above all the staff. We made friends with a waiter, Flavio, super nice and helpful. We will be back!!!

Restaurant that also offers the possibility of buying fresh pasta made in the open laboratory behind the counter. I have been there for lunch and dinner and in both cases I had a great time. You can see that the raw materials used are of excellent quality and the staff is very kind and attentive. Recommended

I had lunch with my family, intrigued by the particularity of the place and the dishes offered.
We were fully satisfied, the first ones were spectacular, you can feel the quality of the products they offer, made the old fashioned way.
Normal service, friendly and helpful staff and owners, normal price.

"Pastarmonica" è di fatto un laboratorio di pasta fresca con annessi tavoli. Il locale è piccolino, con arredamento stile anni 40/50, molto originale. Possibilità di mangiare all'esterno. Il loro punto forte è la pasta cucinata in tantissimi modi, noi abbiamo scelto i tonnarelli con gorgonzola, guanciale e pecorino e le orecchiette con broccolo romanesco e pecorino.
Porzioni abbondanti e gustose. Molto buone anche le melanzane alla parmigiana e la bruschetta con la salsiccia. Siamo stati serviti dal Proprietario molto gentile e presente.

Delicious dishes, especially the first courses which are their specialty. My wife really enjoyed the ravioli filled with ricotta and lemon etc. Attentive and friendly service.

All in all a great experience.
I thought the cake with vegetables was shortcrust pastry and filled, I then read on the digital menu that it was a ricotta and egg cake and the grilled vegetables were served alongside, it wasn't bad but I wouldn't order it again.
The first ones we tried were all really spot on. We ordered three different first courses: spelled trofie with turnip greens, caramelized onion, walnuts and parmesan, tonnarelli with gorgonzola, bacon and pecorino and Genoese fusilloni. All three cooked to perfection and with excellent sauces (especially the tonnarelli were really nice), with the mess that was there I honestly wasn't hoping for it.
The menu on the chalkboards can be a little confusing compared to the digital one
The staff was very kind despite the chaos that was there

Definitely some of the best pasta in Rome. It's a small place, but the pasta is fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and helpful. We tried several dishes, and they were all perfect. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Rome. It's a local gem!

Il locale è piccolo, ci sono troppi tavoli al punto che è difficile muoversi. Bagno piccolo ma pulito. Camerieri cortesi. La pasta è molto buona. Per secondo ho scelto la trippa ma c'è di molto meglio; mia moglie cicoria ripassata e l'ha trovata insipida.
