Sometimes the simplest places offer the best surprises. This place, with its spartan and unfussy appearance, hides a cuisine that surprises. I tried their carbonara with fresh homemade pasta and it was a memorable experience: creamy, flavorful, with a perfect balance that's hard to find elsewhere. The tiramisu was also delicious, a delightful complement to the meal without overdoing it. If you're in the area, trust me: don't be fooled by appearances and treat yourself to a stop here. I did, and I can say without hesitation: a well-deserved 5 stars!

A small, welcoming place where you can enjoy handmade pasta, featuring classic Roman varieties. The flavors are pleasant and the prices are moderate, making it a perfect experience for a casual lunch or dinner.
The only downside is the pasta, which wasn't very creamy, but otherwise the service is friendly, and the space, though small, is pleasant and comfortable.

Amazing first courses, as good as home-cooked food, if not better.
There's also outdoor seating, with tables very close together, but the place isn't very big.
Very friendly staff, I'll be back!

"Pastarmonica" è di fatto un laboratorio di pasta fresca con annessi tavoli. Il locale è piccolino, con arredamento stile anni 40/50, molto originale. Possibilità di mangiare all'esterno. Il loro punto forte è la pasta cucinata in tantissimi modi, noi abbiamo scelto i tonnarelli con gorgonzola, guanciale e pecorino e le orecchiette con broccolo romanesco e pecorino.
Porzioni abbondanti e gustose. Molto buone anche le melanzane alla parmigiana e la bruschetta con la salsiccia. Siamo stati serviti dal Proprietario molto gentile e presente.

Buonissimo, essendo venerdì santo non potevo mangiare i ravioli cacio e pepe alla gricia che adoro, mi hanno consigliato ravioli ricotta e spinaci, ho scelto un sugo semplice. FANTASTICI!!! Siete un must ogni volta che vengo a Roma
