Pastarmonica In Roma

Opened at 7.30pm on Saturday when I went - owner was kind and there is an English menu. I really liked the meatballs with carbonara sauce. It gets very busy around 830 so come earlier or make a reservation!

I had already tried Pastarmonica last year and was very satisfied with the quality of the pasta and the seasonings. I went back yesterday for lunch with my mom and, as I remembered, the pasta was very good. The beef stew that I chose as a filling for the ravioli was of good quality, as was the condiment (butter and parmesan). We didn't book and we arrived late at the venue (2.30pm), it was full and yet we still managed to get a seat. Even though we were practically stuck at the table next to us, in the end everything went well. I would definitely go back.

We stopped by chance at this pasta factory and it was an incredible discovery! The tonnarelli cacio e pepe were perfect, creamy and tasty at the right point. Chestnut and brandy ravioli with melted taleggio cheese? A poem for the palate, a balance of autumnal flavors that left us speechless. The simple but delicious house grilled chicory and vegetables completed a truly special meal. To end on a high note, an extraordinary chestnut cake. The staff? Super tender, welcoming and attentive. Every detail taken care of, superlative is an understatement.

what to say... we introduced ourselves after closing time and the Big Boss, after an intense look... smiled at us and said: Take a seat! Perfect homemade pasta… I repeat perfect! tonnarelli ravioli and sublime desserts. I recommend everyone to go there!

Very good pasta at a fair price

Best pasta during my week long visit to Rome. Lovely delicious handmade pasta

Truly a gem! Cozy little place with a homemade feel, excellent pasta and generous portions. The only flaw was the service was a little slow, but all in all I can say that the wait was worth it!

What did I like about Rome? This incredible place! 😂 We had an excellent lunch and dinner, enjoying quality Roman specialties at an honest price. The place is simple but very clean, back in Emilia, I couldn't help but stock up on their fresh pasta with excellent sauces to taste once I got home! GO you won't go wrong!

We will be back, excellent first courses, but also meatballs, offered with taste and skill. A very good formula. The service is efficient and courteous.
