The pesto pasta was very good though you should get the bigger portion if you are hungrier or have a higher appetite, they do a good Hugo spritz as well and the servers there were very warm and welcoming :)

29street in Genova is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is modern yet welcoming, with friendly staff who make you feel right at home. The menu offers a great mix of traditional Ligurian flavors with a creative twist. I had the troffie al pesto, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and authentically Genovese. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put real care into every dish. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, 29street is definitely worth a visit!

Although it took a while to serve us, the food was so delicious it was worth it. The waitress was very friendly and served us wonderfully. I recommend it if you have time to eat leisurely.

Best pizza! Delicious dip for the crust. The wine is excellent. Lovely terrace in a charming part of Genoa. The plants provide privacy.

Abbiamo preso le trofie al pesto (mooolto delicate), la carbonara (buona) e i ravioli con salsa alle noci (molto delicati anche questi...forse un po'sciapi). Abbiamo assaggiato anche il rotolo di pizza con stracchino e la focaccia in padella con pesto e pomodorini (entrambi ottimi, qui il pesto mi è sembrato diverso, più saporito, rispetto a quello della pasta). Porzioni abbondanti, non si esce affamati. Personale gentile, nel complesso una cena piacevole. Buono anche il prezzo (primi piatti 8,50). Lo consiglio!

Dopo aver visto una mostra al Palazzo Meridiana cercavamo un posto per un pranzo veloce ma non panini. Quasi di fronte abbiamo visto questo locale. Pioveva e per fortuna all’interno (molto piccolo ) c’era un tavolo libero . Abbiamo preso due paste alla carbonara (1 large e 1 media) e due ottimi bicchieri di vino (Granaccia e Pigato). I taglierini erano buonissimi: il guanciale eccezionale e parmigiano e pecorino favolosi (io li avrei graditi un po’ più caldi ma forse così dovevano essere). Due caffè . Totale 35,70. Ci ritorneró . Ho visto pizze che mi ispiravano molto.
