15/09/2025: A very good self-service gelato shop: you help yourself and build your own gelato, which you then pay by weight. The quality is truly high: I tried a salted caramel gelato, and it was one of the best I've ever had in Rome, with a distinct salty flavor. The employee was also very kind and friendly. The only flaw: the price. €25/kg is excessive, especially considering there's no service. In Rome, the average price is €21–22/kg. This is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

06/09/2025: It's become a real tradition: every time we go to see Roma, we always stop here. The gelato is by weight: you serve yourself the gelato or frozen yogurt, add all the toppings you want, and at the cashier, they weigh it and you pay. Tip: even if you want a small portion, choose the large cup... that way you'll have more room for the toppings!
