Every time I go to Sicily, I bring home packages of fresh pasta. The incredibly kind staff wraps it up especially for me. As soon as I get home, I freeze it all so I have a supply for a while! I recommend trying the maccheroni filati (I hope I didn't get the name wrong), it's fantastic with ragù.

I've been frequenting this shop since it opened.
Fresh pasta, stuffed pasta.
And since then, once or twice a week, tortellini, cream, and ham have become a favorite dish for the whole family.
My visits have become less frequent now, but the quality of the products and the courtesy of the staff have remained the same.

Years of experience, professionalism, excellent raw materials and consistently fresh products, courtesy and kindness come first. And even those with lactose intolerance can enjoy the meat tortellini and ravioli.

I searched for pasta shops in the Acireale area among those mentioned online and analyzed their reviews (which I don't believe because they're almost always biased). Not satisfied, I asked a colleague in Acireale for advice, and he recommended "PASQUINI" as the best. I checked their reviews and discovered they were fabulous. I wondered if it was all true, and since I'm like Tommaso (who doesn't believe it until he sees it), I went there to buy a small amount of fresh pasta to test it out.
Well, my colleague was able to give me good advice, and I have to admit, in this case, that the reviews for this place are based on truth.
I won't add comments like "fabulous pasta!", "goodness and freshness!" They're pointless and repetitive. The only way to judge is...TRYING IS BELIEVING!!!

It was a pleasure to discover the Pastificio dei Mastri Pastai della Famiglia Pasquini in Acireale, where you can buy fresh pasta in various shapes and pre-cooked fresh pasta portions.
The place is small, but you can take a number outside the door, and the staff is quite quick to serve customers and can offer advice and cooking times.
I tried the pansotti with Ragusano cheese and the pansotti with prosciutto and was satisfied.
When I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be back.
