I tasted the pasta and it was literally out of this world! Grandma's ragù was a masterpiece, tasty and genuine, and the carbonara... simply spectacular. I swear, I have no words to describe how good it is: one of the best pastas I've ever eaten in my life. An explosion of flavors that makes you want to come back the next day. Congratulations indeed!

I tried carbonara in several places in Rome. And this was the best I've ever had in my life! I liked it so much that I knew I wouldn't eat another one like it, so I went back for 2 days in a row, lol. The service was fast and while waiting to get in, the lady handed out a glass of champagne in the line.

Such a warm and lovely place! Even without a reservation, the staff were incredibly kind, they took my name, offered wine while waiting, and seated me rather quickly. The server (Ibrahim) greeted me by name and was genuinely welcoming.
I had the Tagliolini Cacio e Pepe, which was homemade and very tasty. You can even watch the pasta being made at the entrance, a great touch! The atmosphere was cozy and clean, and the whole team was attentive and graceful, even during a small spill at another table.
Highly recommend for both the food and the kind service!

Mimmo was the best! He remembered us from when we dinned here a year ago! The service was fast and the atmosphere was lovely. I had the pesto and ravioli and would definitely order it again. ❤️

Esperienza meravigliosa: posto delizioso, con il plus di avere la possibilità di vedere la pasta fatta a mano direttamente in vetrina, il che indica sicuramente trasparenza e attenzione/ cura ai dettagli.
Ho preso la Carbonara, e penso che sia stata la migliore provata in assoluto!
Posto super consigliato se si cerca un ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo unito ad una cucina veramente ottima.
Il punto forte è sicuramente ANDREI, una persona squisita, preparata e soprattutto attenta alle esigenze del cliente.
