This restaurant surprised me because the location appears modern, like the dishes on the menu (excellent aesthetics and the reinterpretations of traditional dishes are both peculiar and spot on). Finally, the staff is helpful and courteous to customers. You have to go there because it's worth it.

L'apericena è ricca, varia, gustosa. Per noi con un lieve eccesso di grassi. Il menu alla carta per cena, che abbiamo provato, offre piatti di tradizione rivisitata con fantasia e talento. Ottima la vellutata, con un'amalgama di verdure dentro un fondo cremoso. Buoni gli gnocchi di patate dolci. Saporito ed elegante il filetto di maiale aromatizzato al caffè e cotto a bassa temperatura. Stuzzicante il tris di polpette. Prezzi in linea con la qualità della cucina.

Abbiamo trovato esattamente quello che cercavamo per trascorrere il nostro primo sabato sera a Roma: un locale fuori dalle rotte turistiche, con ottimo cibo e un'atmosfera piacevole e tranquilla. Ci siamo presentati molto prima dell'orario prenotato ma ci hanno fatto comunque accomodare, cosa che ho molto apprezzato. Io ho scelto una carbonara che si è rivelata una delle più buone che ho mai mangiato, il mio ragazzo il filetto di maiale, altrettanto superlativo, il tutto accompagnato da dell'ottimo vino bianco. Lo staff è super professionale, gentile e accogliente. Locale straconsigliato e in cui torneremo il prima possibile.

A quality dinner, but with waiting times that need to be improved. We had dinner at this restaurant and were very satisfied with the quality of the food. The dishes were well prepared, with truly excellent flavors and excellent quality raw materials. You can see the commitment and care in the kitchen, and this is certainly a strong point. However, the experience was somewhat penalized by the waiting times. The wait for the starter and the main course was quite long, and it seemed to us that the kitchen was unable to effectively manage the preparation of dishes for several tables at the same time. Perhaps a different organization could help improve the workflow and reduce waiting times, without compromising the quality which, we reiterate, was excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant evening thanks to the goodness of the dishes. With some improvements in time management, the experience could truly reach excellence.

Pasta box is always a guarantee. The aperitif is truly plentiful and highly sought after. In addition to the drink, each person has a tray with 6 small courses, then there is a large tray of pinsa in the center of the table and finally a taste of pasta! The quantity of raw materials is excellent. Recommended place for both an aperitif and dinner with a non-trivial menu that is always very sophisticated!

Nicely furnished restaurant with a manageable menu. The noodles were ok, but nothing special. What doesn't work at all is that when allergens are mentioned on the menu and in my case they don't want me to be included, the pasta is covered with a layer of grated cheese. What else is cheese made from?

We arrived at the restaurant at 11pm and were lucky that the kitchen was still open. My boyfriend ordered a plate of pasta and shared it with me because my stomach hurt a lot. The staff took care of me like I was family. They cared about me and made me a hot lemonade 🥹❤️ THANK YOU FROM THE HEART. We will surely return to try more dishes because we are looking forward to it!
