I was in this location not long ago... What can I say.. Let's start with the location. Minimal but very well cared for with dark colors that still put you at ease. Magnificent staff. Top menu. Special and well-studied dishes Every dish we took that was not classic was an explosion of flavor.. All well-studied. Female chef with a lot of experience otherwise these detailed flavors do not come out like this. Recommended? Obviously. In my opinion the score they have does not reflect. The truth in my opinion is 4.6 and if you take a look at how many places I frequent from reviews that I leave something little little I understand about catering and not only... I will return one day very willingly

We were already customers when the restaurant found its location in via delle Cave and we were not at all disappointed by the new restyling! The restaurant has several modern and comfortable environments, the owner is extremely friendly and his calmness always makes us feel at ease. The last time we went for dinner on Valentine's Day and the menu was surprising, one course after another: original, tasty, beautiful to look at and at an excellent price! Having spoken to the chef at the end of dinner also satisfied our curiosity about some of the "goodies" we tasted. We will definitely return, because the experience is worth both for the eyes and the palate!

A beautiful evening in a location with a soft atmosphere in an Urban style, excellent and well-plated food, tasty and accompanied by a delicious wine... Everything is taken care of in detail, I recommend it for those who want to spend a relaxing evening eating well.

This restaurant surprised me because the location appears modern, like the dishes on the menu (excellent aesthetics and the reinterpretations of traditional dishes are both peculiar and spot on). Finally, the staff is helpful and courteous to customers. You have to go there because it's worth it.

L'apericena è ricca, varia, gustosa. Per noi con un lieve eccesso di grassi. Il menu alla carta per cena, che abbiamo provato, offre piatti di tradizione rivisitata con fantasia e talento. Ottima la vellutata, con un'amalgama di verdure dentro un fondo cremoso. Buoni gli gnocchi di patate dolci. Saporito ed elegante il filetto di maiale aromatizzato al caffè e cotto a bassa temperatura. Stuzzicante il tris di polpette. Prezzi in linea con la qualità della cucina.

Abbiamo trovato esattamente quello che cercavamo per trascorrere il nostro primo sabato sera a Roma: un locale fuori dalle rotte turistiche, con ottimo cibo e un'atmosfera piacevole e tranquilla. Ci siamo presentati molto prima dell'orario prenotato ma ci hanno fatto comunque accomodare, cosa che ho molto apprezzato. Io ho scelto una carbonara che si è rivelata una delle più buone che ho mai mangiato, il mio ragazzo il filetto di maiale, altrettanto superlativo, il tutto accompagnato da dell'ottimo vino bianco. Lo staff è super professionale, gentile e accogliente. Locale straconsigliato e in cui torneremo il prima possibile.

A quality dinner, but with waiting times that need to be improved. We had dinner at this restaurant and were very satisfied with the quality of the food. The dishes were well prepared, with truly excellent flavors and excellent quality raw materials. You can see the commitment and care in the kitchen, and this is certainly a strong point. However, the experience was somewhat penalized by the waiting times. The wait for the starter and the main course was quite long, and it seemed to us that the kitchen was unable to effectively manage the preparation of dishes for several tables at the same time. Perhaps a different organization could help improve the workflow and reduce waiting times, without compromising the quality which, we reiterate, was excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant evening thanks to the goodness of the dishes. With some improvements in time management, the experience could truly reach excellence.
