With the use of sourdough, top quality products, the art of leavening and passion for one's work, the result is guaranteed. The environment is simple but welcoming. After discovering that they made gluten-free pizzas, yesterday I went for the first time to this pizzeria located in via Palermo in Bolzano. What can I say, best pizzeria in Bolzano. Unfortunately in Bolzano there aren't many pizzerias that do gluten-free but even though they've only recently made them, they're the best. For the first time I also tried the shorts filled with Nutella and only we celiacs who live here can understand how much happiness all this can give us. (The pizzas with gluten are also very very good) I will be back soon but the thing I really liked is the environment. It feels like being at home, the owner is very welcoming, friendly but at the same time professional and let's say he welcomes you as if you were at home. The products are of excellent quality and the prices are average considering the value for money. Very satisfied because there is a focus on the customer that many places have now lost and you can see that they care about their work and that the service is impeccable. Il posto è piuttosto spartano, anche perché per lo più indirizzato alla cucina e pizz Ada asporto. Nonostante ciò il servizio è stato puntuale e simpatico e le pizze molto buone, alla napoletana. Io ho preso il calzone Stefano con la 'nduja, piccante ma top...anche davvero molto grande, direi per gente affamata! Forse i prezzi non sono proprio bassi, ma bisogna anche considerare gli ingredienti e il tipo di pizza scelto.
