Passione Pizza da Angelo In Bolzano

Excellent pizzas! The gluten-free ones are also really good. I'll definitely order from them again. Highly recommended.

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The staff was very friendly, the service was good, and the place was cute.

I had been wanting to come and try Angelo's pizza for a long time, and finally I came with a friend. The pizzas were excellent, they reflected what many had already told me: light and well-made dough, high-quality products and generous portions. To name a few: the speck on my pizza ("la golosa") was not dry and shriveled, but rather well spread and cooked to perfection; at the same time, despite there being gorgonzola, the "golosa" was balanced in flavor; my friend's pizza was really well-filled (raw ham, parmesan, cherry tomatoes, rocket and a nice burrata which, as a Pugliese, I can say was quality). Advice: get the cannoli! You can see that Angelo really has a passion for catering: he carefully chooses his ingredients and, with respect for them, uses them wisely. And then he is very nice, which makes the whole experience truly enjoyable in every way. See you soon!

Davvero molto buono, non è la prima volta che provo le loro pizze, il risultato è sempre stato lo stesso: soddisfazione! Prodotti squisiti, personale accogliente e gentilissimi. Il locale è piccolino...ma nella botte piccola c'è il vino buono!

The best pizza in all of Bolzano ..

Mio marito ed io abbiamo pranzato varie volte da Angelo ed abbiamo trovato sempre tutto buonissimo, data la qualità degli ingredienti usati, ma quello che mi ha davvero entusiasmato è stata la pizza: un impasto fragrante, che mantiene la consistenza fino all'ultimo boccone senza diventare molliccia e collosa come è capitato presso altri esercizi. Aggiungiamo la cordialità e la gentilezza di Angelo e del suo staff, ed il quadro è completo. Lo consiglio davvero.
