The owners Davide and Stefano are very nice and very professional, they have a system for booking a table which I really liked, it is done through the restaurant's website, in fact they are punctual upon arrival and for 2 evenings in a row we didn't even wait. a minute. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff also on the particular dishes they offer and on the choice of the wine list. Very varied selection and assortment of meats for every taste, palate and price. Very knowledgeable about gluten-free (I have celiac disease) and they have many options for me too, including burgers, I ate one on the 2nd evening which was delicious to say the least. Excellent quality raw materials, well-kept premises. If I return to Perugia I will definitely return.

I haven't eaten grilled meat but I wanted to test my cooking on appetizers and cooked dishes such as BbQ (various cuts of meat) and fried BBQ. Even cured meats and desserts were exaggeratedly good and produced by them The result was a very good dinner, with a fast food or pizzeria expense. It is truly exceptional to be able to host anyone, from those who want to eat quality food for little, to high spenders who can dine on fine cuts of meat and very famous wine labels.
