Excellent meat restaurant (ciccia in Perugian) serving beef and pork in Corciano, just a stone's throw from Perugia. The restaurant is well-maintained and the service is attentive. There's a wide selection of meats, including bone-in meat, steaks, burgers, and other cuts. For example, I ordered the diaphragm, which was very tender thanks to a good amount of fat, despite the fact that it's potentially sinewy. It was cooked rare, even though I'd requested medium, but I must say it was cooked just right. Portions are 400-500g, or you can choose from cuts weighing about 1kg.
The accompanying vegetables are also good. My only comment: I would have preferred a little less oil on both the diaphragm and the vegetables, but greasy dishes are a local characteristic, something I've encountered at other restaurants. The prices aren't cheap, but they're fair for the quality.

My family and I had dinner at this restaurant, which we found based on reviews and ratings.
Upon arrival, we discovered that the reservation date was incorrect; we had booked for the day after we showed up, which was entirely our fault. However, we were told there was only one table left, and they seated us on the outdoor veranda, which was completely empty. There were therefore more than one table available, but that's just a minor detail.
For four of us, we ordered: a Danish Red rib-eye steak, a Danish beef steak, to share between two,
a sliced steak with truffle, an American BBQ, and two portions of vegetables.
To drink, four bottles of water and one of wine for €25.
The rib-eye steak had been recommended to us by the waiter, who had asked for it to be not too lean but not excessively fatty either.
We had ordered 1.100/200 kg of rib-eye steak; I assumed they would bring it to our table before cooking it to see if we liked the cut and would also tell us how much it weighed.
I also asked if they could show us the cut, but they didn't.
The cooked rib-eye steak brought to the table weighed 1.300 kg, more than we'd requested.
The meat was tough in some places, and the flavor was almost bland.
There was no fat inside the cut, so it didn't melt well.
Disappointing!
The tagliata with truffle was a standard tagliata, nothing to write home about.
Very flavorful American BBQ with all kinds of sauces; the flavors of the various meats were barely noticeable, and it didn't really reflect our personal tastes.
The final bill was €208, just over €50 per person. Personally, the quality of the food wasn't worth the money.
I admit we may have made the wrong order, but based on our personal tastes and the cost of the food, we were quite disappointed.

The staff is not only extremely friendly, but also highly skilled, both in their service and, above all, in their food selection and preparation. The place is welcoming and classy, the quality of the meats is top-notch, and the taste... well, truly excellent! Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys truly good food.

Walking into Italy’s 14th best steakhouse feels a little like stepping into a quiet act of defiance. No showboating. No theatrics. Just absolute confidence in fire, meat, and time.
1st thing you see as you arrive is a wall of aged steak in the fridge. Wow wow wow. Makes the carnivore in us gets us silly excited.
When the cut arrives, it isn’t apologetic or overstyled. It’s proud. Thick, darkly seared, resting like it knows exactly what it’s about to do to you.
The artichoke starter is a must but the stars of the show is the meat.
The first cut is resistance, then surrender. A deep, mineral richness floods the mouth, not masked, not distracted, just beef in its purest, most honest form. The crust is savage: salty, smoky, almost aggressive. Inside, it’s all softness and warmth, a reminder that restraint is the highest form of skill.
There’s a quiet audacity in serving steak this way. No sauces screaming for attention. No tricks. Just olive oil, maybe a whisper of rosemary in the air, and absolute trust in the animal and the hands that cooked it. Every bite feels intentional, like someone stood over that grill and waited for the exact second when perfection tipped into inevitability.
You don’t rush this steak. You sit back. You chew slowly. You realise halfway through that conversation has stopped at the table because nobody wants to interrupt what’s happening in their mouth.

Excellent value for money, perfectly organized both for delivery (picked up at the restaurant) and for the "instructions for use."
