Ordered takeaway, we ate a sincere pizza

Sunday lunch. We went to this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday. There were 13 of us. We ate both meat and seafood. Excellent food, excellent service, and fair prices. Recommended

I have been to this restaurant several times. If any dish is missing from the menu, please let me know when you receive the menu. Otherwise, the pizza is good, and the first and second courses are also good. With a few small improvements, it would become excellent.

The atmosphere is well-kept, spacious, and clean. The food isn't bad. I had a fish appetizer, which was good, and the fried fish main course was also good. The only downside is the wait... it's a bit long, but that's understandable. I recommend it.

We're regulars at Passaparola and have always appreciated the quality of the food and the fair prices. Unfortunately, our Saturday experience was a real disappointment and a series of mix-ups. Despite our reservation for eight people having been confirmed a few days earlier, when we arrived, the table was unavailable, and we were forced to sit outside in the cold. To make matters worse, the dining room organization went completely haywire: two pizzas arrived while some of us were still finishing our appetizers (the plates were taken away while they were finishing their appetizers), and the other six arrived a whopping 50 minutes late. Our friends, just to eat together, had to wait, and their pizzas got cold, even though the waiters were kind enough to reheat them. The bill was another sore point, with two bottles of water that we hadn't ordered added by mistake, but were fortunately later removed. After all the inconvenience, we expected more attention, but the "discount" offered, as requested by us, was €1.60 off the total. The pizza remains excellent, as always, but such disorganized management completely ruins the experience. I hope this was just an isolated incident, because as a regular customer, it's very disappointing to have spent such an evening at a pizzeria I consider "trusted." I'm giving the service one star only for this experience, as it's usually top-notch.

Excellent pizza, with quality toppings and easy to digest. You can choose between thin crust, Roman-style, or with a Neapolitan-style crust. Abundant and light fried pizza. Excellent handmade pasta.
