Passaparola In Prato

I have been to this restaurant several times. If any dish is missing from the menu, please let me know when you receive the menu. Otherwise, the pizza is good, and the first and second courses are also good. With a few small improvements, it would become excellent.

The atmosphere is well-kept, spacious, and clean. The food isn't bad. I had a fish appetizer, which was good, and the fried fish main course was also good. The only downside is the wait... it's a bit long, but that's understandable. I recommend it.

We're regulars at Passaparola and have always appreciated the quality of the food and the fair prices. Unfortunately, our Saturday experience was a real disappointment and a series of mix-ups. Despite our reservation for eight people having been confirmed a few days earlier, when we arrived, the table was unavailable, and we were forced to sit outside in the cold. To make matters worse, the dining room organization went completely haywire: two pizzas arrived while some of us were still finishing our appetizers (the plates were taken away while they were finishing their appetizers), and the other six arrived a whopping 50 minutes late. Our friends, just to eat together, had to wait, and their pizzas got cold, even though the waiters were kind enough to reheat them. The bill was another sore point, with two bottles of water that we hadn't ordered added by mistake, but were fortunately later removed. After all the inconvenience, we expected more attention, but the "discount" offered, as requested by us, was €1.60 off the total. The pizza remains excellent, as always, but such disorganized management completely ruins the experience. I hope this was just an isolated incident, because as a regular customer, it's very disappointing to have spent such an evening at a pizzeria I consider "trusted." I'm giving the service one star only for this experience, as it's usually top-notch.

Word of mouth is a guarantee, as always. Martina is always very nice, as is the girl who makes the pasta in front of you. Excellent pizza, pasta, and desserts, and good value for money. We always love coming back.

Excellent pizza, with quality toppings and easy to digest. You can choose between thin crust, Roman-style, or with a Neapolitan-style crust. Abundant and light fried pizza. Excellent handmade pasta.

While visiting Prato with friends, we went for dinner here. The outdoor area is really quiet. Excellent pizza, with a choice of fina or Neapolitan. The fried fish is EXCELLENT.

Don't underestimate the price: the food is good and the place is very nice, but it feels like there's too little staff for so much work. It's a shame because we waited so long, but everything was very good. But hire someone else... you'll work better. The place, food, and staff deserve it. Constructive criticism, no arguments.

Welcoming place, both inside and out, with a large and very friendly staff. The menu isn't very varied (but I don't consider that a flaw), as you can still choose between meat and fish. There were two of us; we had two calzones (€8 and €10), two medium-sized draft lagers, a bottle of still water, and two desserts (tiramisu and berry panna cotta). The calzones had a normal flavor, the lagers were classic, and the desserts, alas, weren't tasty; they were disappointing. Spent €49.50 in total (including the €18 calzones, and about €10 for the two medium-sized ones; I don't remember the exact price). The remaining €20 went to two desserts, a bottle of still water, and two covers (in my humble opinion, a bit too much for that). Would I go back? Maybe, but not by reordering the same things.
