I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful kindness and patience of the staff. The platter was generous in size, and the various cured meats were excellent. The ribs were delicious, and the location, situated on Prato della Valle, was lovely. You can park in the former cattle market and then take a short walk along Prato della Valle.

Great service, staff spoke english and were very friendly. Food was absolutely delicious, gnocchi in culatello sauce and cacciatora chicken are both 10/10 meals.

The staff's kindness and helpfulness were nothing short of commendable: they understood my needs as a plus-sized customer and accommodated my requests. This is rare, if not impossible, to find elsewhere, where everything is standardized, where smiles are bestowed based on the order placed or the customer's appearance.
The simple sincerity of traditional cuisine, revisited with skill and passion, won me over from the first bite. Kudos to the cuisine, which was never predictable despite my choosing different dishes.
And finally, the priceless view of the valley meadow. Perhaps when it's less cold... but the important thing is how I ate and how I was served. A big and heartfelt THANK YOU!

Excellent food! I recommend ordering either an appetizer or a first course, not both, because the portions are so generous you might end up with half your plate left over. The staff is super friendly, and the retro atmosphere is incredibly welcoming.
