We recently tried to eat a sandwich here. Due to the large number of pigeons, which I nearly had to swat off my plate, we quickly left. I understand they're not the restaurant owner's own pigeons, but perhaps it would be a good idea to come up with a solution so his guests aren't inconvenienced.

We found this place very chic with nice atmosphere and really friendly staff. It is perfect either for a coffee daytime or even better for wine or bubbles in the evening. Their franciacorta brut is excellent! But you can choose the cremant or prosecco. Many choices await you. Prices are correct. And you get delicious olives with your wines. Great!

The service is top-notch...the waiters are kind and smiling, which is very important. They're also cute, which doesn't hurt. Very good food and drinks. An excellent Campari Spritz. I highly recommend it.

Great cocktail in a wonderful location!

Very typical and friendly establishment in Senigallia, we had a great time there.

We were there during the popular Summer Jamboree event and ordered an alcoholic and a non-alcoholic cocktail, the latter kindly suggested by the staff because I had no idea what to order. Both were carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The wait to be served and pay was adequate for a very busy evening. The interior is very charming.

I dropped into Pasquini Coffee Wine Bar just for a coffee, but I discovered that the water here isn't ordinary water. No, no, this is the official water of the reincarnation of Summer Jamboree. I swear, the barista told me that every drop absorbed the rhythm of the jukeboxes, the Lindy Hop moves, and even the laughter of the wildest dancers from '95 to today. I tried to drink it slowly, but the glass started vibrating like an old amplifier, and I... found myself doing the twist on the spot, without even getting up! Then, at the climax, an old vinyl record popped out from under the counter and started playing by itself—was it magic? Or just a caffeine illusion? Apparently, this place was built right on top of an old "rockabilly pool" where in the '50s the water was so swinging that even stray cats would dance. Today, that "sacred liquid" still flows, mixed with the finest coffees and wines, and I've tasted a sip (or maybe two...). Oh, and don't say I didn't warn you: once the Pasquini water enters your body, the risk of starting to dance in the middle of the street becomes highly likely.
