This restaurant is serve dishes from fresh and bio food ingredients. The interior is friendly. Worth to visit this small sicilian restaurant.

The food was OK (but not exceptional) and the staff was friendly, but I'm giving it an average review because the atmosphere was really smelly from fried food and because we asked for bread for our burgers and it was never brought. Overall, I find the prices a little high for the quality of the place.

Very good wines and drinks. The music is also okay.

-Organic cuisine, local flavor, and live music- At Pasqualino – La Tavernetta Bio, we enjoyed a very pleasant dinner, with good food and live music that created a special atmosphere. We ordered a pizza with mortadella, burrata, and pistachio pesto, delicious and balanced; another with cooked ham, tomato, and mozzarella, simple but tasty; and a mixed fries with onion rings, croquettes, panelle, and fries, crispy and well-served. The pizza dough was light and well-baked, and the use of organic and local ingredients is evident. The service was friendly, and the restaurant has a young, relaxed feel, ideal for a leisurely dinner. A highly recommended option in Palermo for those looking for organic food, a good atmosphere, and live music.
