The famous frantoiana is different, less dense and tasty, the cod of a strange pink color has no flavor and the cod, cooked in various ways, was the main dish! The fried fish is not crunchy and just not good. The rabbit and chicken are fine, but some side dishes are also not good, such as sautéed herbs, mushy and too wet, certainly not sautéed. In the previous management the side dishes were carefully prepared, fresh and delicious (sweet and sour vegetables, various flans, stuffed vegetables, fennel au gratin...) Furthermore, the lady who coordinates, in addition to working hard, with her constant shouting towards the kitchen and the waiters produces a sense of anxiety in the customers who don't know whether they will eat or not! Super family-run village restaurant, homely and quiet environment. I've only been to lunch, where a formula similar to a business lunch is offered (first course, second course, side dish, fruit salad/cheese, water, wine and coffee) for 13 euros. In the case of some dishes there is a surcharge, which however is well deserved (one euro for pasta with wild boar, 5 for tordelli). Generous portions and really tasty food, worth highlighting is the use of many aromatic herbs in the dishes, which really give a special aroma to the dishes. A little far from the center but definitely worth the visit, truly a rustic place like few find lately (especially at these prices). I can't wait to try it for dinner too (open only on Fridays). Great little place with a set menu for lunch. Warm atmosphere and excellent home cooked food
