I had been eyeing this restaurant for a long time because it was so close to home. Intrigued by the reviews I finally managed to try it and it exceeded all expectations. Really friendly owners, immersive and welcoming environment, fantastic food. They won our hearts from the appetizers, ending with the rose water ice cream which, although it didn't convince us at the beginning, at the end left a very pleasant freshness in the mouth to conclude the meal in style. I will definitely go back

Very welcoming atmosphere, very good food. I had already been to Persian restaurants, I appreciate the sweet and sour and warm flavors. Starter, main course, water, half a liter of wine for two: 34 euros each. The starters for two are highly recommended. Various vegetarian options. Better to book.

This is not the first time we have eaten at Pars. For us it has become the place for special occasions; today was our wedding anniversary and having celebrated it there was an added value. Thank you. As always, a warm, family welcome, sublime cuisine and an intimate, welcoming environment.

Amazing flavors, I'm still thinking about the polou with orange peel, very kind service, the owner is an Iranian activist and here in Bologna they spend money on popular cuisine for the poorest, at the table she treats you a bit like a mother.
Pars is a gem, I've had my eye on it for a long time and I will definitely have to go back.

The atmosphere and service were perfect, but the food didn’t reflect authentic Persian cuisine. The kebab was burned, and the chicken kebab had too much turmeric instead of saffron. I’ve never had chicken kebab made with turmeric instead of saffron before. However, the restaurant had a warm, welcoming feel, and the people managing it were truly lovely.
