The atmosphere is fantastic, evocative with its soft lighting. I could spend hours talking with the owner, and not just about the food. The service? Excellent, as is the food, if you like this cuisine, of course. When ordering, they always ask about any allergies and vegetarian options. It's best to make a reservation. This is where I go every time I'm in Bologna.

SPECTACULAR place. We went there a couple of months ago just to try it out, and now my boyfriend and I want to make this a regular experience. The dishes are well-balanced, perfectly priced, but out of this world when it comes to pairings. If you try them individually, they're good, but when you put them together, the result is a mind-blowing, delicious, and (for us Italians, I think) unusual combination of flavors. Absurd, out of this world, and delicious.
The friendly, family-like service makes the experience even better; they're truly talented.

I ate here for a company dinner. I found some dishes very good, while others were monotonous due to the rice being served as a side dish for every second course. The flavors were good, but I would have expected a stronger presence of chili pepper.

A favorite spot in Bologna. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is wonderful, making you feel right at home (and perhaps, in a way, they are). The food, needless to say, is delicious, and every choice on the menu is guaranteed to be excellent. This is our second time here, and it will surely be the second of many more.
