We enjoyed both the Persian food and the family, who welcomed us into the intimate atmosphere and recommended various dishes to help us discover this unfamiliar cuisine. Excellent quality and fair prices—a truly wonderful discovery!

A very intimate and beautifully decorated family-run restaurant. The welcome is warm, and the selection of dishes is varied. We ordered the mixed antipasti platter for two (delicious, especially the smoked eggplant), the citrus chicken (light and aromatic), the lamb with barberry berries (perhaps the most "typical" dish; the berries add an incredible flavor), the beef with herbs and lime (the most unique dish, a surprising combination of flavors), the rosewater ice cream (a timeless classic), the pomegranate pudding (outstanding, what a discovery!), the walnut and cardamom biscuits (super crunchy), and the citrus tea (very aromatic). Everything was delicious, served impeccably, and plentiful. The restaurant is close to the center and has ample parking in front. Highly recommended!

I'm not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best dinners I've had in a while! We drove an hour to get to Pars, and every single kilometer was worth it. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a warm, welcoming, and authentic atmosphere—the kind that makes you feel instantly at home, yet transports you elsewhere, on a journey of Persian aromas and flavors. 🇮🇷✨ We started with a dream appetizer: a triumph of colors, textures, and aromas! The rice-filled grapevine rolls were delicate and aromatic, the spinach flavorful and spicy, the chicken salad fresh and tasty, but the real love affair was the eggplant with tomato and egg… incredible, creamy, rich in flavor, dreamy! I'm still thinking about it! 😍 All served with piadina-style bread, perfect for capturing every flavor and leaving nothing behind on the plate. For main courses, we tried two marvels: 🍗 Rice with chicken and Persian berries, fragrant and perfectly spiced, with a surprising balance of flavors—sweet, sour, and aromatic. 🥩 Grilled lamb, tender, juicy, and flavorful, served with roasted tomatoes and saffron rice. A dish that literally melts in your mouth, every bite an explosion of flavor. To finish on a sweet note, we chose the sweet "baglawa," a Persian version of baklava: perfect small portions, just the right amount of sweetness, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, enriched with pistachios and a light aromatic touch. And to finish, Persian tea served in the typical decorated glass: hot, fragrant, and digestif, the perfect accompaniment to end the evening. 🌸☕️ The portions are generous, the prices are average (about €70 for two with water), and the quality is top notch. But the real gem of Pars was the woman who served us: a person of rare kindness, helpfulness, and sweetness. She explained each dish to us with enthusiasm, gave us careful advice, always smiling and welcoming. It's thanks to her that the dinner became a complete, authentic, and special experience. ❤️ In conclusion: Pars is a hidden gem in Bologna, a little corner of Persia that conquers your heart (and your palate) at first bite.
