Historic establishment just off the A1 Autosole motorway toll booth in Fidenza. A bar with extremely courteous and friendly staff, and a shop with all the wonders of the Food Valley. Parmigiano Reggiano, Culatello, and prosciutto are top-quality and reasonably priced. A small, high-quality restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating.

There's little you can do... Emilian cuisine and hospitality are unrivaled. Quality cured meats, Parmigiano Reggiano everywhere, fresh Lambruschino to degrease, and you're flying!

11/03/2026: Well... the first time I stumbled upon it by chance, and it was the last available room. I use hotels for work, it was the Parma machine tool fair. This time, even more out of desperation, I managed to find an available room. Always in their style, meticulously maintained and contemporary, as well as being ultra-clean to the point of being immaculate. The owners were extremely helpful, and for a moment it crossed my mind that they could read my mind, as they accommodated all my needs without me even sharing them with them. So... I recommend it as the first hotel to call when you want to stay in Parma. ClauDio
