The restaurant is very welcoming and intimate, with decor that makes you feel at home. Exquisite dishes and excellent service. The cappelletti stuffed with squacquerone are highly recommended and the Bolognese cutlet and tortellini in broth are also very good. An experience to do again!

Christmas Day dinner…one of the best dining experiences in Bologna (and many other places !). Imaginative, plentiful and very tasty with an exceptional wine list. We thoroughly enjoyed this. Should be in the Michelin guide.

Nice place in the centre, well looked after and with excellent cuisine. Traditional menu with revisited and refined dishes.
The selection of cheeses with matching jams is truly excellent, the cheeses are delicious and the sauces are excellent, including a special one with onion!
Even with the first courses we went very well, we took both solutions of stuffed ravioli, both really very good and well cooked, a cut below the salmon tagliolini.
The second courses were good, duck leg and deer fillet, excellently cooked and well served.
Sweet ending good but without praise.
Excellent winery, it made me taste a cantele again that I hadn't found for a long time.

Disfrutamos de nuestro último almuerzo en Bolonia en la terraza del restaurante Parlor. Y qué comida para terminar nuestra estancia en esta encantadora ciudad. Nos encantó sentarnos bajo el hermoso pórtico mientras comíamos buena comida.
Los platos eran muy refinados y muy bien presentados. Cada bocado era un banquete para los sentidos. Las vieiras estilo Rossini (con trufa y foie gras) fueron lo más destacado de la comida. Sobresaliente. Por supuesto que bebimos una botella encantadora de vino local con nuestra comida.
El personal era amable y profesional.
Muy recomendable.
