- tagliatelle Ragu - one of the top 3 ragus here
- spaghetti massa factory - oh we loved this. Very easy to devour so we ordered a second one!
- the one with dashi broth - the broth / sauce was very good. This one is more eclectic than typical traditional Italian fare

Located in the heart of Bologna, this restaurant offers typical traditional dishes with a touch of refinement. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and the service is attentive and friendly. Prices are slightly higher than the city average, but justified by the quality of the dishes.

Bellissima esperienza culinaria in un locale particolare . Gentile e capace tutto lo staff e ho apprezzato in modo particolare l'esperienza del tagliere dei formaggi sapientemente scelti e ben spiegati da chi me li ha serviti insieme a miele e marmellate. L'ambiente non convenzionale e particolare mi ha colpito di sicuro è un locale da frequentare anche vista la vastità della carta dei vini . Poco da aggiungere , ottimo locale .

Magnífico restaurante ligeramente fuera de la ciudad. Sirve algunas recetas muy interesantes, "off the wall".
Risotto con alcachofas, hongos Shitake - virutas de - ajo negro.
Un increíble plato de queso, 12 quesos para Antipasta. Hermanado con bandeja de carne fría.
Gelato con Cerezas Negras infundidas con alcohol.
Macchiato para cerrar.
Buen servicio y limpieza impecable Loos con un asiento, agua caliente corriente, jabón y secador. ¡En Italia!

Abbiamo trovato questo locale sotto al portico di via Cartoleria , un traversa di via Santo Stefano, in pieno centro storico.
Una sosta prima di andare a teatro , che si è rivelata ottima.
Locale piccolo ma curatissimo, menù soddisfacente, noi abbiamo scelto un tagliere di salumi di ottimo livello ed un "friggione" sublime.
Servizio rapido e gentile.
