I had the pleasure of dining at Parkkeller in Collebrincioni (L’Aquila) and the experience was truly excellent. The rustic-welcoming atmosphere, nestled in the green hills of Abruzzo, immediately makes you feel at home. The menu offers traditional dishes with a focus on grilled meats, homemade pasta dishes, and generous appetizers. The staff is friendly and helpful, the service attentive, and the quality of the ingredients is truly noteworthy. I went for dinner last night. The service was excellent and the food was fabulous. I recommend the complete antipasto, which includes both hot and cold dishes. As for meat, I ordered a fabulous tagliata!

I had appetizers, a first course, and a dessert, and everything was excellent. I'd say it was genuine and sincere cuisine, with generous portions. I didn't order meat, but there was a wide selection and the quality was top-notch.

22/09/2025: This restaurant is located just outside Lecce Dei Marsi, about ten minutes away, and offers amazing homemade cuisine. Traditional ravioli with fresh ricotta and spinach, homemade tagliatelle, and chitarrina pasta with a variety of sauces are also available. I recommend the excellent porcini mushrooms. The owner is welcoming and helpful.

03/11/2025: I felt right at home, except you won't find lamb like this anywhere else. Michela is a wonderful person, both personally and professionally. The cuisine is exceptional, homemade, and traditional. The quality/price ratio is more than fair. I highly recommend it! ❤️
