A fantastic hotel with a beautiful view and location, and it's also worth the price. The ride up on the Rittenbahn cable car is fantastic in good weather.

We once again thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Parkhotel Holzner. As a family-run hotel, the Holzner pleasantly combines a sense of tradition with a sense of modernity and innovation. The entire hotel complex exudes a unique atmosphere, is meticulously maintained down to the last detail, and harmoniously furnished. The rooms/apartments are very well-equipped, and the modern spa area offers a wide range of treatments. The cuisine is of an excellent standard, and the service is very attentive and friendly in every respect. We would be happy to return.

Not having stayed here, I cannot comment on the rooms. However, just having drinks on the porch of this hotel is enough to want to make us come back to stay for a long visit. We’re definitely coming back here.

A truly special hotel, combining the charm of mountain décor with exceptional facilities and warm, attentive staff. The location is ideal, just a scenic 12-minute cable car ride from Bolzano, making it perfect for travellers without a car. I stayed here with my two children (ages 9 and 6) and we loved it just as much as we did last year. We are already looking forward to our next visit! The highlights for me are the stunning pool, the peaceful gardens, and the beautifully curated interiors. Highly recommended.

The hotel is unique, combining Art Nouveau with modernity. The mountain views and the location right next to the cable car underscore this. The service is impeccable and always makes you feel like you're in good hands. The spa area is very nice. The breakfast and food couldn't be better. We had a fantastic time at the Holzner!

15/03/2026: We spent our short but wonderful honeymoon here and felt very comfortable from the start. The hosts contributed greatly to this with their warm hospitality – thank you so much! Arriving by train is straightforward, and the location right in the center is perfect. Our room was a dream: spacious, simple, and very cozy. The harmonious interior design with wood, floors, and arches is consistent throughout the entire house and creates a particularly lovely atmosphere. Despite the central location, it's wonderfully quiet everywhere – ideal for unwinding. The small, elegant spa area invites you to relax. The breakfast is excellent, featuring many regional products and lovingly prepared dishes. The restaurant is also sensational – creative South Tyrolean cuisine with superb local ingredients. We will definitely be back! 😊

27/02/2026: Great cellar, attentive service, meat a bit dry. The other dishes were absolutely delicious.
05/01/2026: We returned two nights in a row because we had such a great time. The portions were generous, the quality was high, and the prices were reasonable compared to other typical restaurants. There was a wide selection and high quality, even for the children's dishes. Excellent vegetable and fresh salad buffet. Four courses, two children's menus, two medium beers, one water, and a delicious dessert for a total of €85. We'll definitely be back on our next vacation.
