Parkhotel Holzner Restaurant In Renon

The bistro is located inside the Parkhotel Holzner, a magical place where you can immerse yourself in the typical atmosphere of the early twentieth century. The Art Nouveau furnishings make the room refined and luxurious with a spectacular view of the surrounding peaks. Being Christmas Day lunch, the menu was à la carte with the possibility of some dishes on request. The ingredients are all local and the various courses are tasty, well executed and carefully placed. I particularly liked the salmon trout and the eel risotto in which the flavor of the fish is enhanced by the other ingredients. Since I only had lunch in this hotel, I cannot comment on the other services. But given the very knowledgeable and kind staff I think everything is of a high standard.. Super recommended!!

Exceptional! It is difficult to explain in words the beauty of this structure. Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms, breathtaking view. Super friendly and helpful staff. The wonderful spa and pool. Quality food, the 1908 restaurant deserves a special mention and is an incredible experience. Thanks to the whole Holzner family, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel in a great location

Ich wollte meiner Familie mal das Parkhotel zeigen, ein Jugendstil-Juwel gleich neben der Bergstation der Seilbahn. Dafür hat sich das Bostrot angeboten. Wunderschöne Terrasse, cooler Bar-Salon, kleine Karte mit saisonalen Gerichten, regional raffiniert. Sehr freundlicher Service. Schaut Euch die Toilette an...großartige 50er-Architektur.
