It was wonderfully relaxing. The staff, the service, the spa, the cuisine, the surroundings, and the nature—simply perfect!

Not having stayed here, I cannot comment on the rooms. However, just having drinks on the porch of this hotel is enough to want to make us come back to stay for a long visit. We’re definitely coming back here.

A truly special hotel, combining the charm of mountain décor with exceptional facilities and warm, attentive staff. The location is ideal, just a scenic 12-minute cable car ride from Bolzano, making it perfect for travellers without a car. I stayed here with my two children (ages 9 and 6) and we loved it just as much as we did last year. We are already looking forward to our next visit! The highlights for me are the stunning pool, the peaceful gardens, and the beautifully curated interiors. Highly recommended.

The hotel is unique, combining Art Nouveau with modernity. The mountain views and the location right next to the cable car underscore this. The service is impeccable and always makes you feel like you're in good hands. The spa area is very nice. The breakfast and food couldn't be better. We had a fantastic time at the Holzner!

We just enjoyed a cappuccino on the terrace. The hotel is very stylish. A beautiful building surrounded by a spacious garden. It's a very quiet and relaxing location in the fresh air, and only 15 minutes from Bolzano by cable car.

We stayed two nights and booked the Stay & Dine extended package. The hotel is also very suitable and popular for families. Therefore, it is naturally lively. Amidst the hustle and bustle, the service always remains calm, friendly, attentive, and focused; there is no rush or noticeable stress. Each guest receives their full attention, so we always felt very well looked after. The food was excellent on both the fine dining evening and the second half-board evening and a true delight. The spa area is very spacious, and the treatment rooms have natural light, which I found very positive. I was able to relax wonderfully with my shower and leg massage. The Holzner is a hotel with its own unique character: its architecture exudes a wealth of history and sophistication, while its excellent hospitality is young, modern, warm, and uncomplicated. We would love to return.
