A very good hotel for the price. Unfortunate thought is the location. But besides that its great

The ground floor rooms are undergoing renovations, with crews drilling into the walls from 8 a.m. during the week. Unfortunately, our room was adjacent to the wing under renovation. The hotel is off the beaten track – a 20-minute walk to the metro station, and a taxi to the airport was €65. The room was infested with ants, and the shower only had hot water once during our four-day stay. Breakfast was a plus, with a large selection of breads and pastries.

Certainly a "you pay for what you get" hotel. Not bad, but definitely not so good. Locationwise: a good choice for a half price when compared to the hotels in downtown while this one is also located not so far from the city center (30 minutes to the center both by car and public transport). Comfort: Rooms are spacious but nothing more than that! Buffet: A good extra is the breakfast that is included in this price range. Yet again, do not expect numerous selections, instead accept the standard selection of breakfast buffet which is recurring with almost the same stuff every other day. Cleanliness: Ehhh! Not bad! Parking: 10 Euro per day for an underground private parking area. I did and would again go for this option (if you have a car) because the public parking area outside the hotel did not feel so safe to us. The street and the neighborhood is a bit too dark in the night if you know what I mean.

I'll start by saying that I'm Roman, so the location wasn't a big deal, which could be the only drawback, as it's not very central or close to a metro station. However, I found the hotel to be nice and well-serviced, with a varied sweet and savory buffet breakfast. The room wasn't very large, but it had a kettle (I always bring herbal teas with me). The sheets and towels were clean, and the bathroom was spotless. I didn't encounter any problems described in other reviews; the room was new, the hot water worked well, and so did the heating. Only the TV wasn't connected or wasn't set properly, which I didn't quite understand, but that's okay. I travel often and often book hotels or apartments, and I always find that hotels have that extra something compared to apartments; they're definitely cleaner and offer more comforts. Excellent value for money. I'm just sorry that Booking.com wouldn't let me leave a review; it would have deserved top marks.

Clean, excellent value, decent breakfast, very friendly staff. A small flaw: the room was poorly soundproofed, but the noise from outside was quite loud.

I stayed at Ginevra Palace and the overall experience was very positive. The property is very beautiful and conveniently located near the Battistini area, well-connected and quiet. A plus is definitely the availability of parking: it's easy to find both free and paid parking nearby, a very convenient option for those traveling by car. The staff was truly kind, helpful, and professional, always ready to help. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was impeccable, which is essential for me. The only small negative: in the morning there was no hot water, and we had to shower with cold water. It's a shame, because otherwise the stay was very pleasant. Breakfast isn't particularly abundant, but it's varied and satisfying. Overall, considering the value for money, I absolutely recommend it: it's worth it!

Clean, excellent service, close to San Feliciano. Excellent location for those who need to use the clinic.

Be wary of previous reviews; this hotel has everything you need and is very nice. Rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is generous and delicious. The staff is truly, truly kind and always ready to help. For this reason alone, I highly recommend it. There's paid parking nearby, or you can leave your car right next to the hotel for free, as we did. As for the location, Via Boccea is within easy walking distance. We'll be happy to return.

We stayed 2 nights at this wonderful hotel! Beware of the negative reviews. The hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, in fact, it's enviably quiet at night. It's close to the Battistini metro station. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small but well-functioning. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were always smiling. The receptionist in the evening was very nice, professional, and most importantly, helped us with all our requests! Glad to have met you! Next time we come to Rome, we'll definitely be back!
