This pizzeria is located in L'Aquila a few steps from Piazza Duomo and therefore in a strategic point easily reachable on foot. The place appears well-kept but cozy, with a few tables and little distance between them (there is an outdoor area that can be used in the summer). Personally I tried fried foods and pizza, I must say that in terms of ingredients, dough and digestibility everything went perfectly, my friends present had the same impression. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. I specify that dinner has two shifts. The price is average.

La pizza era ottima, si nota la qualità degli ingredienti scelti, ma considerando il prezzo le pizze non possono arrivare a casa gelide nonostante la vicinanza di casa alla pizzeria.

Place located in the historic center consisting of two small rooms, very quiet and with attention to the smallest details. The two young waiters are helpful and professional. The pizza is not completely Neapolitan, as one might deduce from the name of the place, but despite this I found it light and with a selection of high quality ingredients, uncommon compared to other pizzerias. Modestly fast service. Affordable quality/price ratio. I will definitely be back! (I highly recommend booking, even one day in advance)

One of the best pizzerias in L'Aquila!
Light and easily digestible pizza, similar to Neapolitan, with semi-wholemeal dough. It remains thin in the center and soft at the edges. In addition to offering a well-prepared and leavened dough, the ingredients are always fresh and excellent. As well as all the appetizers and desserts.
The place is small, but, in good weather, it has many outdoor tables and the atmosphere is really pleasant!
It is also present on all takeaway apps and, among the pizzas offered in the city centre, it is the one I selected as my favorite choice.
I'm only sorry that, lately, there has always been at least one ingredient missing from one of the pizzas ordered, which has sometimes forced us to have to change pizzas. It's unfortunate, because, since it really is one of the best pizzerias in the city, imagining the reasons behind this lack of ingredients makes one think that it is perhaps not appreciated and valued by citizens as it should.
Therefore, go to Parià!

I like to eat a crispy pizza, but with the dough it's not for me and something else is cheap

The pizza is good, as is the service. The guys who run the place are very kind and the place is clean and pleasant. The only flaw is the price, high if you consider the cost of the margherita pizza (€9), more justified if you consider the more elaborate pizzas.
Honestly, I think it would be appropriate to at least review the price of the margherita downwards, which deserves some consideration.
If I were to buy high quality ingredients to prepare just one pizza I would spend:
€0.3 for good stone-ground flour (€1.6/kg)
€0.3 for San Marzano DOP tomato sauce (€4/kg)
€1.2 for Agerola DOP fiordilatte (€12/kg)
€0.2 for an excellent EVO oil (€30/kg)
€0.1 for yeast, water and salt.
In total: €2.1 (VAT included).
All this if you went to the retail store to just prepare a pizza. The costs for large quantities (above 50 pizzas per day) are almost halved, so a cost of €1.40 can be considered for a quality margherita pizza (just like the 1889). We add €5 (more than 3.5 times the cost of the pizza) to pay for electricity, salaries, the depreciation of the machinery, the rent of the place (not counting the cover charge) and we arrive at €6.4, which we can round up to €6.5. However, €2.5 less than the price on the menu.
You have to pay for quality, but the right...
