One of the best pizzas I've ever had, light and with authentic flavors. The stracciata was absolutely amazing! Whole wheat dough, a must try!

The pizza, a typical Neapolitan dish, would be delicious if you could enjoy it in peace. We may have been unlucky, but we found ourselves sharing the small dining room with a group of loud girls, who made it impossible to chat with friends or eat peacefully. I'm writing this to advise the owners to find better soundproofing solutions than what they've installed, because the place is truly small and the excellent pizza deserves better.

I discovered it by chance while looking for a place to have dinner with a colleague. What can I say? It was a very pleasant surprise. The dough was super light and the toppings were top-quality, a clear sign of the meticulous attention to detail behind the preparation and sourcing of the ingredients. The waiter was also very attentive and professional. Truly good. I will definitely return on future trips to L'Aquila.

The pizza was delicious, both the dough and the toppings. I bought the whole wheat dough to try and was pleasantly surprised.

The pizza and appetizers were average, but they were pricey (about €30 per person). The dessert menu was almost sold out by the time we were served. I don't drink alcohol, but the other diners said the beer was very good.

30/04/2025: Favoloso pranzo di Pasqua, con piatti ben realizzati della vera tradizione abruzzese. Ottima organizzazione, anche se il locale era tutto prenotato con tavoli ben distanziati, il servizio è stato all'altezza, veloce, ben coordinato, con personale professionale e cordiale. Le n.6 portate non hanno sofferto, tutte servite ben calde e senza attese. Ci hanno servito il pane fatto in casa ben lievitato e l'ottima pizza fritta. Antipasto molto vario e ricco "La colazione di Pasqua" con ottimi prodotti locali: salame, salsiccia di carne e fegato, uovo sodo con agretti, fiadoncello, coratella al coccio e carciofi fritti dorati. Eccellente "Brodo di capretto in stracciatella di scarola. Due ottimi primi "Lasagna della tradizione con ragù di polpettine" e "Tagliatelle con carciofi, guanciale croccante e crema di pecorino dolce". Due fantastici secondi: "Spalletta d'Agnello del Parco alle erbe, rapestre saltate, patate al rosmarino" e il " Capretto cace e ove" Ottimo il "Semifreddo alla Colomba Pasquale"
09/03/2025: Locale, cibo e personale al top. Vale la pena provare la loro cucina che vi sorprenderà per gusto e qualità. Complimenti, anche per l’accoglienza agli amici a 4 zampe.
