Parco Villa Del Grado In Catania

I wanted to celebrate my birthday here a couple of days ago. The venue is beautiful and the location is perfect. Unfortunately, the organization of the event was terrible. Even though I had booked well in advance, when we arrived it seemed like they weren't waiting for us. The staff appeared disoriented and asked me for clarification on the price of the service in front of all the guests, causing me great embarrassment. Furthermore, I was asked (with a joke) to serve the sparkling wine, even though I had paid for the service. I could add other episodes, but I prefer to stop here. The potential of the place is high, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired.

Very beautiful and atmospheric place! We liked ! There were a lot of mosquitoes, at our request they brought spray. The evening was not ruined))) Service👍
