Excellent relation between price and accommodation. Nice option for parking. A bit away from main places in town, but quiet and clean corner.

I stayed at the Residence for three months for work reasons, I had a great time. Large, bright, super-equipped, soundproofed apartments with the possibility of cleaning two or three times a week. Sea front with private parking

Excellent value for money. Spacious rooms, well heated even in winter. Large bathroom and comfortable kitchen. Balcony equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs. Private car parking. Elevator present. The apartment is located a stone's throw from the access to the sea. Perfect cleaning. Receptionists always available and kind.

18/07/2025: The owner and staff are really kind and friendly. My favorite piadina is the Sfrigolona, but since the old owners returned, the piadinas are spectacular. Highly recommended.

29/06/2025: On our way back from the sea towards Bergamo, due to traffic on the A14 we exited at Faenza and had lunch at this place. Excellent food with typical local products, lots of courtesy and friendliness from all the staff. Recommended
27/06/2025: Top quality ingredients, a delicious piadina and a very balanced cheesecake! The lady who welcomes you, very kind. Those who do not know how to appreciate the peculiarities of the place and the territory better not write.
