Nice place, but unqualified and poorly trained staff, especially at the entrance very rude. They put their hands in the bag of an athlete to check if he had water, because in their opinion he was not allowed to enter, and when we bought it inside, a 0.50 bottle at a cost of 2.00 euros, they did not issue any type of receipt.

Nice restaurant, excellent welcome, very good food, I ate fresh pasta with clams and turnips, fantastic, pizza shared between us diners very good, and said by a Neapolitan it means a lot, other dishes all tasty, good wine, to underline excellent service, courtesy, cleanliness, very nice atmosphere, the very kind owner at the end of the dinner offered us lemon sorbet, honest and acceptable price-quality ratio, I will certainly return in August, also because somi will be able to eat in the fabric on the terrace

Beautiful park, many stages with music and great food

I visited the Pumpkin Park inside Gallipoli's Parco Gondar during Halloween, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The entire setup was themed: pumpkins everywhere, carefully crafted sets, and evocative settings. Visually and scenographically, it was truly well done. A creatively successful initiative, capable of engaging both adults and children. I've also visited other Halloween-themed parks where you could take home a pumpkin; here, given the huge turnout, it probably wasn't possible to guarantee something like this for everyone. And turnout is precisely the main sticking point. The park was literally overrun with people from all over Puglia: families, children, teenagers, and groups of friends. A constant and unusual flow of people made the experience very chaotic. I get the impression that the organizers weren't expecting such high numbers, as the stands were manned by very few staff. For food, I waited for about two hours standing in front of a stand serving traditional meat. Once I finally got to the cashier to order, I discovered that what I wanted was sold out. After hours of queuing, returning empty-handed was the most disappointing part of the evening. Not so much for the product itself, but for the management: there was a lack of communication about availability, and the staff, despite being fully engaged, were clearly struggling. I completely understand the situation of those working behind the stands: with two people serving thousands of visitors, it's humanly difficult to do more. Precisely for this reason, it probably would have been useful to have more staff or staggered entry, limiting the number of people present at a time to avoid chaos. An exceptional idea and a very beautiful setup, but the organization could be improved from a logistical perspective. I would recommend it, yes, because the atmosphere is worth the visit, but be aware that on peak days it can get very crowded. With a few more adjustments, it could become a truly flawless event.
