The director is a wonderful person: affectionate, helpful, a friend every day. We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday and it was a truly wonderful party. A refined location, impeccable service. In the dining room, constant presence of fraternal staff. Good, tasty dishes and truly everything exceptional. An important member is Mrs. Michela, the director's wife, an accomplice with the birthday girl. I conclude: 360' special

Clean place, ample parking, large room. Venue suitable for any type of ceremony, good menu, affordable prices, the only flaw is that you have to work hard for those with allergies.

30/12/2024: Amazing location 3 minutes from the beach. Amazing host, who is kind and helpful. The most generous breakfast with such amazing helpful services. I cannot say more about the services and the hospitality we recieved when staying here in July 2024! This family truly cares about their business, quality, and reputation of their services. We will definitely be back when visiting Italy. Grazie!
23/09/2024: We stayed in this residence in Vieste in the first days of September. We had a great time, a quiet place surrounded by greenery of pines and olive trees, with swimming pool and independent houses. The accommodation facilities are adequate, even if the spaces are a bit limited. Exceptional cleanliness, definitely above average. There is everything you need for a summer holiday, with the sea about 700 meters away. away, and supermarket and bakery very close. The owner Mario was kind and helpful. We didn't have any problems. We will definitely be back.
