The pizza dough is light, digestible, and not heavy, something rare these days. Special mention goes to the rustici, rustic panzerotti, arancini, and croquettes: all handmade and not pre-frozen like many other pizzerias. This really makes a difference on the palate: every bite has an authentic, homemade flavor, unique. The service is prompt, even at peak times: I often go there on weekends, and yesterday, during the Coez concert in the square, the quality and speed were unchanged.
