The piadinas are freshly prepared and the dough is thin and fragrant, with a wide variety of fillings ranging from the classics, such as raw ham and squacquerone, to more original and gourmet options. I was recommended the "Italic" beer to drink and I must admit that it was excellent, I was pleasantly surprised. The owner is friendly and helpful. If you are looking for an authentic and tasty piadina in the historic center of Clusone, it is an excellent choice that combines tradition and creativity.

15/08/2024: bel posto in piazza vecchia a bergamo; potrebbe sembrare un po' turistico per la collocazione, tuttavia sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito per la cucina con prodotti locali e di qualità e una presentazione accurata; servizio celere, prezzi giusti
26/02/2024: Bel posto super in centro, molto formale ma anche molto buono. I piatti sono molto validi e i gusti sono davvero eccellenti. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà nella scelta, forse per come sono proposti i piatti nel menù. Chissà. Però davvero merita.

06/01/2025: Really delicious pizza. There were two of us and in the end we decided to get three pizzas. Compliments to the pizza chef. We will definitely be back.
04/01/2025: I went to lunch with my wife and although the room was half empty we waited a really long time for the dishes to arrive. We were also sorry to have to keep up with diners for requesting bread and other little things, such as not reporting once the menu was delivered if there were dishes not available, which however make the difference. I had a pizza, good dough and taste even if too thin for my tastes (shame I found a piece of scourer inside to clean the dishes) and my wife a risotto which she liked. The price of the dishes is quite high; At the checkout we were given a discount for the inconvenience with the pizza. It's a shame because with some improvements and more attention you could have a much better result.
