Paradiso Pure In Castelrotto

We weren't guests at the hotel, but just went for lunch during a day of skiing. It was a pleasant and delicious discovery to find a vegan restaurant in the heart of the Dolomites. Perfect service, a location with a breathtaking view, and quality, tasty, and original food. We had spinach spaetzle, crispy dumplings, and for dessert, a delicious enormous vanilla and chocolate cookie. Everything was truly delicious and original. I recommend everyone to try it. Whether you're vegan or not, it's a place worth trying!

Unfortunately, I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did have dinner at Chef Charami's Omnia restaurant. The restaurant offers a completely vegan tasting menu, like everything else in the hotel. The warm and relaxing welcome was breathtaking, with a breathtaking view of the Siusi Alps. The beautiful interior, with its eclectic style. But let's move on to the food. What can I say? An unforgettable experience. I, who follow a primarily plant-based diet, rediscovered flavors I hadn't tasted in years, moving me to tears and taking me back to my childhood. The chef perfectly conveys her story, her passion, and her love for cooking through her dishes, combined with top-quality techniques and ingredients. A special thanks also to the restaurant manager, Anna, who is incredibly kind and sweet. I hope to return very soon. Thank you. Future is vegan and famale

It seems like heaven has come down to earth

Wonderful hotel with very delicious food, excellent service and an amazing setting.

This was the best hotel experience I had. Lets start with the bad things because that is a short list: Two dinner services were a bit slow for our taste and the 5 course menu took a bit long. Now to the good things: Great service by very friendly people who served great food and drinks. Breakfast buffet always had something new and the 5 course dinner menu had not a single dish that I would consider anything below "good". If I am not a fan of the ingredients but the dish tastes awesome, it is a sign of an awesome kitchen crew. Our drivers from and to Compatsch were not only friendly but also very helpfull with our luggage and the wellness area wasnt big but had everything you could need in a ski (or hiking) hotel and we never had the feeling it was too full. 3 different saunas and a swimming pool are grear. The Whirlpool with a good view to the Sassolungo is reason enough to give 5 stars. We had the cheapest room and didnt miss anything, the balcony with view to the slopes was really nice. When my wife got injured while skiing and had to go to Bressanone to the hospital, we got more support than I expected from the hotel, which makes me sad that I cant give a 6th star. All in all it isnt a cheap hotel but you get a lot for the money and we hope we will come back.

In winter, getting up to Paradiso is already part of the experience. If you don’t ski, you’re in for a genuinely thrilling ride with the hotel’s own driver. Winding, snow-covered roads, steep sections, and views that immediately set the tone for what’s waiting at the top. Once you arrive, the atmosphere is calm, modern, and very intentional. The hotel is packed with modern art, an amazing, well-curated collection that gives the place real character and creative energy. It feels more like a gallery in the mountains than a traditional alpine refuge. What really stands out is how important vegan food clearly is here. This isn’t a token option; it’s part of their philosophy. The vegan sandwich is outstanding, perfectly balanced, full of flavor, and made with genuine care. Paired with home made kombucha. Easily one of the best vegan lunches I’ve had anywhere. They’re also dog friendly, which adds to the relaxed, welcoming feel. Between the thrilling ride up, the art, the conscious food choices, and the setting, Paradiso is far more than a place to eat or stay. It’s a destination in itself.

Fantastic hotel in a prime location right on the slopes. The facilities are top-notch: a swimming pool, fitness center, saunas, steam room, wonderful showers, daily yoga classes, and a fitness room. Many hiking trails ensure that even non-skiers have a wonderful time here. And last but not least: the food is amazing! The morning breakfast buffet has everything you could wish for: savory snacks like quiches, vegetable tarts, scrambled tofu and fried vegetables, and yogurt with everything you could wish for, from fresh fruit to seeds, nuts, kernels, dates, figs, and more dried fruit. There's also a wide selection of sweet snacks like (filled) croissants, fresh pastries, pancakes, homemade cookies, etc. Dinner is top-notch; each of the five courses is a flavor explosion, beautifully presented. Kudos to the kitchen staff! We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at Paradiso between 4th - 11th of January for skiing holidays. The hotel lives up to its name. It is a paradise - a paradise for vegans, for vegetarians and for all curious and open minded people that want to try delicious vegan food, or just enjoy a beautiful and relaxing holidays. The location - directly on a ski slope with beautiful views in the more calmer part of Seiser Alm, but with a great connection to all other skiing slopes in the area (val Gardena is easily accessible with a ski bus as well). The hotel - Great selection of different room types. The hotel and the rooms were always very clean. Amazing wellness area with a nice selection of saunas, pool and a jacuzy. The food (the main reason why we chose this hotel) - just amazing that left us completely speechless (and everything VEGAN). Breakfast was in a form of a buffet table with a great variety of different meals. I eat a lot, but It was just impossible to try everything during our stay. Some meals were changing from day to day. During lunch there was a nice offer of different ala carte meals and pizza. If you are skiing in Seiser Alm, then this is the best place to have a great vegan lunch. We tried quite a lot from the offer and everything was high quality, and very tasty. Most of the ala carte meals were also a fair portions for a skiing lunch. Maybe except mushroom risotto - the portion size of that one felt to me to be less than what I would expect. However it was one of the best risottos I ever had. Dinner was in a form of 5 course fine dining menu. Every day a new experience. Again very high quality meals, nicely arranged and very tasty. Decent selection of wine and drinks. Many different types of combuchas. Another possibility and a must to try is Omnia restaurant, which you need to book separately and in advanced, where the experience of vegan fine dining is elevated again on another level. In general the staff was always very professional, friendly and helpful. We felt really well at this place. Skiing - well prepared skiing slopes in the area. Mostly blue and red, few black are available withing a range of two chair lifts. You can find also nice relaxing slopes and also some sporty ones. Even more challenging ones can be reached with a good connection via ski bus in Val Gardena. During our stay there were mostly no waiting times at the ski lifts. To summarize: it was one of the best skiing holidays what we had here. We will definitively come again 🙂

The hotel is located in a truly magical scenery of the Dolomites . Even when it doesn’t snow for a while this specific location is still all white and with the mountains and skiers all around it looks like it comes straight out of a painting !! The hotel itself has all the amenities anyone would want ,gym,spa,pool, yoga room and even a piano and pool table in the central bar area ! It is full of wonderful , carefully curated art and has a very warm atmosphere . The owners (Alex & Max) are always present , super kind and helpful with everything and it is just amazing to see someone love what they have made and take such good care of it !!! But the magic doesn’t stop there! The vegan food was an absolute revelation – sophisticated, creative, and utterly delicious by chef Aggeliki Charami . The breakfast buffet was straight out of heaven with endless different options every day !!! Dinner was a standard 5 course menu that changed every day while lunch and pizza were à la carte. All of the above were plant-based masterpieces that could delight even non-vegan friends. Everyone working there was always super kind , helpful and great at what they do ! Paradiso is exactly that , a paradise, an oasis of peace, incredible food, and unparalleled natural beauty.

The perfect hotel! We felt so comfortable at Paradiso; not only was the food absolutely top-notch, but all the staff were so friendly, fun, and helpful. Every employee radiates joy, which made the stay perfect. Amenities, location, and service—a 10/10! I've never eaten so well. I'll definitely be back. ❤️
