Paradiso Pure In Castelrotto

The whole stay (one week) we had in Paradiso we felt like being in Paradise. The green area at Seiser Alm is absolutely beautiful and stunning. Perfect for walking our dogs, enjoying long hikes and doing some longer trail runs. On top of the great area the whole service we experienced was simply perfect. A big thank you to the whole team mentioning Irena, Margerita, Ana, Rooney and all the others! Every dish we got served was a tasty experience and you could see on each course the creativity and passion of the chef and her team. Outstanding for us was the sushi created with carrots and „the pear“ dessert, we had not a single course which did not taste us always 10/10 for us. Also the whole interior in the rooms did suit us, we liked the spa area and looking forward to the hotel offer 100% vegan in the future on their menu. Excellent! One idea from us as dog owners: We had our own towels with us when the dogs got dirty outside but would appreciate by arrival one additional towel for dog already on the room. We have already stayed at LaVimea and iPini and can not wait to return to Paradiso soon.

Extremely nice experience! Starting with the breathtaking and strategic location in the middle of the mountains, the perfect starting point for hiking or, in our case, trail running. The rooms are nice and well maintained. The lobby is very special and exciting because of the art on display! The wellness area is also nice and has everything you could want. The food is really delicious, refined and varied! Above all, the “vegetable course” every evening shows the technical quality of the chef, this is where the wheat is separated from the chaff. Great praise! What I really liked was the exact speed at which the courses were served. The service staff is young and lively, attentive and on the ball! We also got on really well with Rooney, Anna, Irena and Magaretha and everyone else, they are really very nice and at the same time totally professional. Overall, for me the price-performance ratio is balanced and justified by the location and the special dining experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the Paradiso. ❤️ Suggestions for improvement: For dogs, put “dirty towels” in the room right from the start so that you don’t have to think about towels yourself. Given the price of dogs, I think you can demand this. Also increase the portion size of pasta and wild herb salad at lunch so as not to unnecessarily irritate the guests. Poke bowl and tiramisu, on the other hand, is very generous and just right! In terms of taste, everything at lunch is also top notch vegan cream!

What can I say... a crazy view, incredible places: a real panacea for the Heart and the Mind. At Paradiso we felt like we were in a refuge, but a beautiful and welcoming one. Spotlessly clean and well renovated, our room was impeccable, enchanting, with neutral, relaxing colours, furnished with essential style and respect for nature, very comfortable: nothing to do with the classic mountain hotel full of frills and which smells of stale! The hotel hosts works of art by various artists, almost like in an exhibition, there are numerous objects, combined with excellent taste and all beautiful to look at. We enjoyed all the Chef's dishes even if, in our humble opinion, the portions were a bit "tiny", with the exception of the last evening. A special mention goes to Margherita: always very attentive to all customers, super professional. And his two mocktails that he had prepared for us were delicious. We would have liked a tour of the tables by the manager, or whoever, even just to ask how it was going. But we will definitely be back, both here at Paradiso and at La Vimea 💚

Hotel TOP, cucina illogica Albergo splendido, a metà di una bella pista delle Alpe di Siusi, con accesso diretto agli impianti. Splendida SPA, personale gentilissimo, pulizia perfetta. Quello che purtroppo non torna e’ la cucina. Non si discute la scelta vegetariana - che abbiamo condiviso - ma il come si realizza. Intanto il vincolo vegano per tutti la sera e’ inaccettabile. Perché se fate la pizza migliore delle Alpi non la servite anche la sera, ma solo di giorno? Perché a colazione e pranzo vegetariano e la sera solo vegano? Infine, ed è la annotazione più dolorosa ma anche più vera, perché volere stupire per forza con piatti ultra-elaborati mettendo da parte territorio e semplicità? per concludere, non ci siamo. Per alcuni giorni siamo stati costretti al “menu’ baby” (con la pasta al pomodoro peraltro buonissima) pur di non affrontare la pretenziosità della chef.

Had a delicious lunch while skiing. Very nicely decorated and good service. Lots of artwork in the lobby. Hotel also seems good.

Paradiso is absolutely amazing, it’s my home away from home. The hotel is literally located in paradise, with magical views over the Dolomites. You can oversee UNESCO world natural heritage from the hottub outside. I’ve been at the hotel in winter and summer, both seasons come with unique and awesome opportunities. The food is terrific: breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared with great taste and creativity. The rooms are great, super comfortable and quiet. And, most importantly, the people that work at the hotel create a relaxing ambiance. The vibes are always positive and chill. And a cherry on top: yoga lessons in the morning and evening by a wonderful and sweet teacher. One word: GO!!!!
