The hotel is located in a truly magical scenery of the Dolomites . Even when it doesn’t snow for a while this specific location is still all white and with the mountains and skiers all around it looks like it comes straight out of a painting !! The hotel itself has all the amenities anyone would want ,gym,spa,pool, yoga room and even a piano and pool table in the central bar area ! It is full of wonderful , carefully curated art and has a very warm atmosphere . The owners (Alex & Max) are always present , super kind and helpful with everything and it is just amazing to see someone love what they have made and take such good care of it !!! But the magic doesn’t stop there! The vegan food was an absolute revelation – sophisticated, creative, and utterly delicious by chef Aggeliki Charami . The breakfast buffet was straight out of heaven with endless different options every day !!! Dinner was a standard 5 course menu that changed every day while lunch and pizza were à la carte. All of the above were plant-based masterpieces that could delight even non-vegan friends. Everyone working there was always super kind , helpful and great at what they do ! Paradiso is exactly that , a paradise, an oasis of peace, incredible food, and unparalleled natural beauty.

I spent Christmas with my family at Paradiso. It's a 10/10! Not only does the food make every vegan's heart sing, but so do the atmosphere and the incredibly friendly staff. Simply a place where you're happy, without any compromises! I'll definitely be back!

The perfect hotel! We felt so comfortable at Paradiso; not only was the food absolutely top-notch, but all the staff were so friendly, fun, and helpful. Every employee radiates joy, which made the stay perfect. Amenities, location, and service—a 10/10! I've never eaten so well. I'll definitely be back. ❤️

Great experience we had in this very unique hotel, the place is set in the Italian alps and directly onto the ski slopes. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the place and they look after you well. Breakfast is very good with a wide choice of food, dinner is exclusively vegan, great for a change and detox. I strongly recommend it. Spa area is fantastic with pool, saunas, chill area, special floating bed. You have to try the outside jacuzzi, it’s a great contrast of hot and cold at night under the stars !

The rooms are modern and spacious, with balconies overlooking the meadows and mountains. Literally hundreds of hikes are nearby, many just outside the hotel. The staff is helpful and efficient. Best of all, though, is the food. Whether or not you’re vegan, the food is delicious. And if you are vegan, what a treat to have a full buffet breakfast that is all vegan. The dinners are five courses of gourmet offerings that are beautifully plated. Considering that breakfast and dinner is included, the hotel is an outstanding value.

The hotel was overall good. Breakfast was decent, although many of the dishes were quite oily. Dinner, served as a fixed menu, was a pleasant surprise – beautifully presented and with interesting flavors. The level of cleanliness was not very high, and the spa facilities were quite basic. Still, overall the hotel offered a nice stay.

We're not vegan and took the opportunity to try it out. The half-board menu was delicious. The rooms are simple, and I would have liked a coffee machine. Otherwise, everything was great.

Dear Paradiso team, we just spent a wonderful vacation with you and had a wonderful rest. I've read some reviews, and it's interesting how different people's perceptions are. I'll start with the food: The ambition, creativity, and attention to detail are clearly evident. We were absolutely delighted and thrilled by all the lovingly prepared and delicious creations. The breakfast was also great. There's certainly a reason why you don't offer spreads, nor a juicer, just a side note. The selection is great overall. Now, the service. The waitresses and bartenders are ALL, without exception, attentive, professional, and friendly. Very personable. Very different types, but overall a harmonious team. Everyone gives their best! Surroundings/Hiking: On the day of arrival, we were a little worried about the crowds of tourists, but the Seiser Alm turned out to be so vast and expansive that this wasn't noticeable on our tours. We were able to enjoy some great hikes in beautiful nature. Internationality: We appreciated how easy it was to communicate in English. At the same time as our stay, a very cheerful Canadian tour group was staying at the hotel, and they were greeted by an English-speaking lady from the hotel. As we later learned, she is part of the hotel management. This is really the only negative point we found, because we encountered this lady countless times in the morning at breakfast or otherwise and never once made eye contact or greeted us. However, all the waiters and attentive housekeeping staff immediately made up for this with their warmth. Hotel amenities: Everything was top-notch, but what didn't fit with the incredibly high-quality food and the dining room was the view of parked cars. Conclusion: A bold, innovative, and exemplary idea to create a plant-based hotel in the middle of the alpine pasture. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much 💚

My boyfriend and I just stayed at Paradiso Pure.Living in Alpe di Siusi for his birthday. It was a truly wonderful experience: the hotel is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, and the atmosphere is unique. Being both vegan, we particularly appreciated the hotel's vegan and sustainable philosophy: from the cuisine to the small daily touches, everything reflects values ​​we share and makes our stay even more meaningful. The culinary offerings are varied, creative, and top-notch. A special thank you goes to the staff, who were always attentive and kind. We were especially pleased that they remembered that our stay was a birthday present: they provided us with a dessert with a candle and two glasses of sparkling wine, a gesture that touched us and made us even happier with our choice. I highly recommend Paradiso Pure.Living to anyone looking for a relaxing experience, immersed in nature, and in line with a conscious and sustainable approach. We can't wait to return!
