Dear Paradiso team, we just spent a wonderful vacation with you and had a wonderful rest. I've read some reviews, and it's interesting how different people's perceptions are. I'll start with the food: The ambition, creativity, and attention to detail are clearly evident. We were absolutely delighted and thrilled by all the lovingly prepared and delicious creations. The breakfast was also great. There's certainly a reason why you don't offer spreads, nor a juicer, just a side note. The selection is great overall. Now, the service. The waitresses and bartenders are ALL, without exception, attentive, professional, and friendly. Very personable. Very different types, but overall a harmonious team. Everyone gives their best! Surroundings/Hiking: On the day of arrival, we were a little worried about the crowds of tourists, but the Seiser Alm turned out to be so vast and expansive that this wasn't noticeable on our tours. We were able to enjoy some great hikes in beautiful nature. Internationality: We appreciated how easy it was to communicate in English. At the same time as our stay, a very cheerful Canadian tour group was staying at the hotel, and they were greeted by an English-speaking lady from the hotel. As we later learned, she is part of the hotel management. This is really the only negative point we found, because we encountered this lady countless times in the morning at breakfast or otherwise and never once made eye contact or greeted us. However, all the waiters and attentive housekeeping staff immediately made up for this with their warmth. Hotel amenities: Everything was top-notch, but what didn't fit with the incredibly high-quality food and the dining room was the view of parked cars. Conclusion: A bold, innovative, and exemplary idea to create a plant-based hotel in the middle of the alpine pasture. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much 💚

My boyfriend and I just stayed at Paradiso Pure.Living in Alpe di Siusi for his birthday. It was a truly wonderful experience: the hotel is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, and the atmosphere is unique. Being both vegan, we particularly appreciated the hotel's vegan and sustainable philosophy: from the cuisine to the small daily touches, everything reflects values ​​we share and makes our stay even more meaningful. The culinary offerings are varied, creative, and top-notch. A special thank you goes to the staff, who were always attentive and kind. We were especially pleased that they remembered that our stay was a birthday present: they provided us with a dessert with a candle and two glasses of sparkling wine, a gesture that touched us and made us even happier with our choice. I highly recommend Paradiso Pure.Living to anyone looking for a relaxing experience, immersed in nature, and in line with a conscious and sustainable approach. We can't wait to return!

Our stay was wonderful. The scenery is spectacular. The food is excellent. But what really made our week-long stay unforgettable was the staff. A special mention goes to Greta, Giorgio, and Anna. Wonderful and super professional people. I would come back just for them. Thanks guys ❣️💫🫶🏼

Wonderful and magical place It's like being with family!

Amazing experience in a beautiful hotel, with a unique location, interesting elements of art and excellent vegan cuisine. Ideal for a restful holiday in particular for those who love nature, outdoor activities and healthy food

We’ve stayed in a few vegan hotels before, but this has been the most perfect stay ever. A hotel we now need to come back to every year. Everything was just perfect! We knew the hotel would be in nature, but we didn’t expect how beautiful the surroundings really are. Views to the Langkofel on the right and to the Sciliar on the left. I’ve never seen a place with more stunning views. In late June everything was in full bloom and we did more than a handful of different hikes and trail runs right from outside the doorstep. We also loved having the Edlweiß Almhütte nearby to visit for a nice oat flat white after a hike. Now to the hotel itself. I don’t even know where to begin. The rooms were spacious and minimalist, but so well thought through. This must have been the first hotel room where there was actual usable space in the closet for everything. Hiking, running, cycling gear as well as evening wardrobe. Super comfy bed, comfy outdoor chairs, even a cozy blanket. We unfortunately forgot our hiking backpacks at home and the hotel organized one for us to use during our stay. We loved spending the afternoon in the spa. The saunas were almost always empty, the whirlpool was great, and we loved the swings where you could relax and just stare into nature. The gym was also very well equipped. We joined the daily morning yoga class twice and it was so beautiful. The teacher was so lovely and it was the perfect way to start the day. Incense sticks, singing bowls, mats and pillows and blankets already laid out, beautiful music. One of the best yoga classes we’ve had. And now the best part. The food. We knew we had to come once we heard the hotel turned vegan and Angeliki Charami became the chef. And wow. Our expectations were already high and they were still exceeded. This was the best food we have ever had!! Starting from the breakfast, we were stunned by the selection. Homemade soy yoghurt, all different toppings from hemp seeds to pistachios. Homemade seitan that you could enjoy with homemade butter, flakey sea salt, Tuscan olive oil and fresh bread. The best scrambled tofu and four other warm dishes. More vegan pastries than you can imagine. Pain au chocolat, filled cornetti, cupcakes! Delicious Kaiserschmarrn. Fresh organic juices. Great coffee. The best breakfast and a vegan dream come true. We also ordered lunchboxes for our long hikes twice. At first they seemed a bit pricey with 28 euros per person, but they were so worth it. We got two delicious baguette sandwiches with falafel and seitan, homemade cookies, fruit and peach juices. We loved having this little picnic on our hike, especially since the Almhütten we passed didn’t serve vegan food. Now dinner. My husband and I keep a ranking of the best vegan menus we’ve had and each evening at Paradiso topped that list. The food was so good, creative, so much variety and love put into each dish. Things I’ve never tried before. The atmosphere each evening was lovely, quiet and relaxing. The service staff were lovely too. A special highlight we didn’t expect was the Japanese buffet night. Such a great surprise after a full day hike. I nearly cried tears of joy when I saw the sushi line up and didn’t have to think about what’s vegan and what’s not. There were teriyaki noodles, sweet and sour tofu, fried cauliflower, gyozas and the best matcha cheesecake I’ve ever eaten in my life. Seriously the best cake ever! We’ve traveled to many amazing places but this stay at Hotel Paradiso, even though it was only five days, was one of the best holidays ever. Especially for anyone who follows a plant-based lifestyle. This is more than a hotel. It’s a place that makes you feel proud and seen for your choices. Just the most amazing experience. I now have to come back here at least once a year. This is truly paradise on earth. If you’re vegan and love nature, you just need to come here. This was my love letter to Hotel Paradiso and Chef Angeliki. I just adore what they’ve created here!

Europe's #1 vegan hotel. Upscale 4-star hotel with (future Michelin-starred cuisine). Very attentive service staff. Family-owned and operated by the Spögler brothers. Beautiful wellness area with 4 saunas, an indoor pool, and an outdoor whirlpool. Located at an altitude of 2,000 meters. We recommend spending the night before, say, at an altitude of 1,000 meters, so your body can slowly acclimatize to the altitude. A purely vegan hotel with many in-house products. A huge wine list and the finest drinks (worldwide). Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The views all around are fantastic.

It really is paradise! Amazing location with such splendor and beauty. We loved hiking in the Alpe di Siusi. And the food! So good! After days struggling to find vegan food in the Dolomites we were overwhelmed with the extensive vegan breakfast and the delicious five course vegan dinners. And the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place for everyone, not just for vegans!

We stayed at Paradiso in September 2024. The location is truly unique – located in the middle of the Alpe di Siusi. The area offers excellent hiking tours, embedded in the beautiful Dolomites. The team is simply great: warm and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. In addition to the great location and the great team, the real highlight is the kitchen. As a non-vegan, I was surprised every evening by the fascinating creations - simply wonderful!
