As one previous reviewed said - it an average place for pizzas. Nothing special, nothing to complain about. Hence the 3 stars. If you want a great tasting pizza - go to Pizzeria La Saporita - Ristorante Pizzeria Sinalunga. It's worth your trip.

I loved the pizza here! There are good vegan options and I opted for the potato and artichoke - no regrets with my choice it was delicious! I also find while on holiday I can eat too much bread, so although I’m not celiac I do order gluten free base and it was every bit as good. The table beside us were 4 vegans and they said they had ate there the evening before and came back for the vegan burger, so it must have been good. Highly recommend to vegans!

La Terrazza del Chiostro

19/07/2025: I went to this restaurant on the recommendation of the hotel we were staying at... and I don't know if I'd return. The dishes were good (the knife-cut tartare, the slow-cooked egg, the cacio e pepe with truffle), but not memorable for me. The service was high-quality in some respects (e.g., the opening and tasting of the wine, the cooking time) and incomprehensible in others (our glasses were never refilled, we sat for 20 minutes with empty plates from the first course, no one asked us if we wanted dessert or coffee... after 30 minutes we asked for the bill and left). The location is magnificent, the markups on the wine list are incomprehensible. It's certainly a quality restaurant, but I don't think I'd return given the service/price ratio.

01/07/2025: We had dinner at this inn, taking a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, a bruschetta with sausage and pecorino cheese and as a main course the ribollita. Quality food and pleasant location. I recommend it, also for the excellent quality-price ratio.
