Lovely hotel, great setting with super views of Etna. Excellent dinner menu eaten at smartly dressed poolside tables. Very attentive and polite staff. Would definitely stay here again.

A truly charming, retro-style hotel with an excellent restaurant! A perfect location for visiting Mount Etna 🌋 But above all, the friendly staff went above and beyond to assist us when our daughter was sick during our vacation. I highly recommend it 😍

Advantages: elegant hotel, excellent service, very good evening restaurant enjoying great popularity in the area with exceptional pizza. Large room with a terrace and a view of Mount Etna. Quiet neighborhood with good access. Large parking lot next to the hotel. Breakfast adequate, mainly sweet, served at the table. Disadvantages: some elements of the room need repair. Rooms and bathroom are dark - stronger light bulbs would be useful, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast could be in the form of a buffet, it would be good to add vegetables and more savory options.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel with the family, for the second consecutive time. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious - grazie mille! 👌😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A place with heart, style, and soul We stayed two nights in this wonderful hotel and couldn't have wished for a better stay. The day began at the highest level, right from breakfast: a diverse selection of sweet and savory delicacies – lovingly prepared and served by attentive staff. What makes this place special, however, is not just the quality, but the warmth. The entire team is exceptionally friendly and approachable, always present and helpful. My personal highlight, however, was the hotel manager – a man of style, poise, and true class. He strides through the corridors in a shirt and tie, always friendly, always approachable. A personality from another era – in the best sense: cultured, polite, and present. Upon checkout, he shared one of his words of wisdom with me – a moment I will never forget. The food in the hotel restaurant was also first-class: stylishly served, outstanding in taste, and a harmonious atmosphere. This hotel is far more than just accommodation—it's a place where you feel seen, valued, and welcome. We'll definitely be back.

Comida bien, precisa razonables. Bien servicio. Ambiente muy agradable. Carnes de todo tipo y entrantes. Solo por el ambiente y el servicio baje la pena. Pescado regular
