Good enough for a quick bite. Nothing fancy but it is good if you’re in a bind. Servers aren’t particularly friendly to non locals, noticed that twice.

We were surprised by the portion sizes! The food is fresh, the staff is kind and the view and the atmosphere are great when sitting outside, especially in the shaded area. Thank you for a pleasant lunch experience!

Loved its atmosphere and landscape. Ideal for the sunset. Be careful with the car. Somebody forced our car’s doors and stole our bags.

19/03/2025: I had the beef stew which was spiced with really fresh peppercorns, though the meat could have been more tender. The marrow bone is nice and tender. The tiramisu is great! We were served a lovely digestif at the end of the meal.
10/03/2025: CASH ONLY!!!! CASH ONLY!!!!! CASH ONLY!!!!! Please be aware, this is a cash only restaurant. There are no signs that will tell you otherwise. Owner was very nice and the food was great. Just make sure you have cash or a debit card to grab some out of the atm down the street

La Terrazza del Chiostro

16/01/2025: If you are in the city, don't miss it. WONDERFUL and surprising environment from where you can see an exuberant view. Tasty food, very good service. Pet friendly.
19/11/2024: A spectacular place, it was part of my vow renewal, religious ceremony in the Cathedral of Pienza and reception at Chiostro Terrazo was an extra surprise. The surrounding landscape is impressive. The food and service were wonderful.
