24/11/2024: This pizzeria in Avellino was a great discovery. The place was very welcoming, the service was good, they welcomed us warmly. Finally the food, amazing. We ordered 2 pizzas, of a unique delicacy. It's the first time I've managed to finish a whole pizza, the perfect crust. We will definitely be back again 😊

The menu, unique in its kind, presents a careful list of allergens, designed to put every customer who has intolerances or allergies at ease.
The very tasty, digestible and special pizzas, in particular in the variant with NATURAL MOTHER YEAST, will amaze you (without starters containing allergens, NATURAL therefore 100%)
The selection of homemade desserts is refined and satisfying.

ERRATA CORRIGE About 2 months after this review, I am sadly forced to correct the content, suffering from a serious allergy to brewer's yeast (which was reiterated when ordering as always) I calmly consumed the first bites of a pizza that was supposed to be for me it is free of allergens, but evidently now something has changed (perhaps adding brewer's yeast as a starter... I don't know, it's a hypothesis)... but I felt sick twice.
When I asked for clarification over the telephone, they replied that nothing had changed, not caring at all about what had happened, and not even attempting an empathetic approach.
In all this, increased prices and quality not equal to the previous one.
You decide, out of duty towards those who may have allergy problems I preferred to tell my experience in its entirety.
And I had given the highest rating precisely for the seriousness regarding the sourdough.
