A warm and romantic corner, the alternative to the countless "tourist" places that every town would need! The place was born from an idea of ​​welcoming, of making you feel good, small and welcoming. I gave 5 stars to enhance the idea, but listen up: you also eat well! Traditional dishes with seasonal local products. All at prices much lower than the average of Alassio. Advice: go there!

Excellent Ligurian cuisine, delicate and well presented. I recommend trying the delicious stuffed calamari, not to mention the sea bream stuffed ravioli and the borage tagliolini and finally a wonderful tiramisu is a must 😋😋 If you are in Alassio I recommend you stop by. Yesterday we found out that it was a closing day and we were very disappointed because we had planned to try the Ligurian rabbit.....too bad! It will be a good reason to return to Alassio

30/07/2025: We went for lunch while walking along the port, we stopped at this place, I would say that the food is really good, the fried food excellent and also the tagliatelle, by the way delicious handmade pasta... the service a little more disappointing, slow and not too friendly.

23/08/2025: I've been to Ristorante Panama twice, once on August 15th and once the following week. Excellent food: you can taste the quality of the ingredients used. Top service: very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and knowledgeable about the dishes. Very beautiful location: the view from the veranda is truly beautiful, and eating on the beach is also a lovely idea. It's a shame that the umbrellas on their beach were open and blocked the sea, but the atmosphere was still there. Highly recommended, and I would definitely go back!
20/07/2025: Unfortunately, this restaurant didn't have the positive reviews I'd read. I chose it through The Fork, but despite the discount, the price was much higher than what we ordered. The service was confusing.
