Papas is ALWAYS a guarantee, whether you take the dishes from the kitchen, the stuffed potatoes, the Brazilian sushi or the poke bowls, you will be thrilled! The menu varies depending on the season, I have had the pleasure of trying almost everything and everything has always been delicious. Plus the staff is really friendly and the place is really nice! Highly recommended

Excellent options for vegetarians and vegans! While not a typical italian cuisine, the vegetarian potatoes and poke bowls are delicious. Good deserts, beer, and wine options too! Friendly waitresses even to us non-Italian speaking Americanos. Two of us each had a draft beer, meal, and desert for under €50.

05/11/2024: Update 2024. At the beginning of October we were back in the Barolo area. So it was clear to us that we would plan a meal at Santisè on the return journey via Asti. The weather was a bit too cool for an outdoor lunch, but the interior is also very nicely decorated - somewhat Italian-rustic. As expected, the food was again excellent and the service was very friendly and personal. Another highlight was the “open red wine” that my wife ordered. She could choose, took the Barbera d'Asti Bricco dell Uccellone and was thrilled. The bottle from which the wine was served had an elaborate attachment that protected the wine from oxygen - very appropriate for this good wine. - Until the next trip to Piedmont! We were there for lunch in September 2022. Very nicely prepared and delicious food in a very pleasant atmosphere outside in the garden of the restaurant. We liked it so much that we stopped there again a week later on our way back.

08/08/2024: Posizione centralissima vicino al teatro, ma in una tranquilla stradina laterale. Accoglienza calorosa. Abbiamo il cane e ci assegnano un tavolino perfetto in un angolino tranquillo. La scelta dei piatti è ampia ma non eccessiva (sospetto sempre dei menù infiniti). Trazione e contemporaneo. Servizio rapido. Cibo squisito e di qualità. Porzioni abbondanti. Camerieri professionali e simpatici. Tutto perfetto per sentirsi a proprio agio e coccolati. Super consigliato. Prezzo davvero ottimo
