We discovered this restaurant, popular with regulars, just a stone's throw from the Vatican, following an invitation from friends who are regulars themselves. Fish lovers, don't hesitate; they're fresh, and you can't help but admire the love and passion of all the staff, who take great care to serve you hearty and tasty dishes at reasonable prices. It was a pleasure to return several times during our stay, and we can't wait to return very soon on our next visit. Compliments to all of you and many thanks for your kindness and hospitality. ❤️

We visited Papa Rex this evening for dinner and we were not disappointed. The food was fantastic, the portions more than generous and all very reasonably priced. Marcos was a brilliant host and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

18/10/2025: We had a great dinner & were able to get a table quickly, even spontaneously. Relaxed family atmosphere and super friendly service. I can recommend the antipasti for two persons with lots of delicious regional meats and cheeses and to drink I really enjoyed the Garibaldi aperitivo (Campari and orange juice). 100% recommend this restaurant if you want to treat yourself!

09/10/2025: Highly recommended, for €12 you get a traditional Roman starter, main course, and side dish. The portions are generous and the quality impeccable. The waiters are courteous and fast.
08/10/2025: If you're hungry and want typical local cuisine, also open for lunch, you absolutely have to try Ubertini. Generous portions, good quality, the service is exceptional, and all at an affordable price. "What more do you want from life," says the famous commercial? "Fam me magna..."
