Papa Re, located in Trastevere, is certainly one of those unique places with authentic Roman food. For a good meal, with a main course and a quarter of a glass of wine served in this charming jug, you will spend around €15. The food is very tasty, the wine is of good quality, and the atmosphere is comfortable. The place has a bathroom and free Wi-Fi for customers.

A small restaurant in the Trastevere area. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great: the supplì sauce was a bit acidic, and the amatriciana tasted far removed from those I've tried at other restaurants. The puntarelle were fresh, but didn't blend well with the vinegar and sardines.

Highly recommended if you're strolling through Trastevere. The food was delicious. The spaghetti carbonara with artichokes was fantastic.

We had a wonderful meal here at a very reasonable price. The atmosphere was a good mix of locals and visitors at a very reasonable but happy decibel level. The restaurant is smaller and more intimate. The pastas were amazing, the appetizers were fresh, and the wine pairing was very nice as well. The panna cotta was one of the nicest in texture that I have ever had. 10/10 would eat here again, the best meal I had while in Rome.

The oxtail stew is amazing, you can eat it with your hands and even mop it up with bread. Welcoming service, typical Roman hospitality, and an excellent price. Top quality for the price. If you're in the area, don't miss it.
