The atmosphere is simple and welcoming. The place was packed, and even without a reservation, we waited very little, just long enough for an aperitif. The dishes were simple but delicious. The staff was young and cheerful...everything made it enjoyable.

Recommended by those who live in Marina di Campo, it lived up to expectations. The only flaw is that when the sirocco blows, a fan to circulate the air wouldn't hurt. Otherwise, everything was top-notch.

I stayed in a large group in front of the pine forest of Marina di Campo, a beautiful surprise to discover this little restaurant where everything is delicious practically at lunch 5 days out of 7. Let's start with Paolo the Chef, and his staff in the kitchen, 👨‍🍳 number 1, all the dishes are delicious and well-kept ….. we arrive at the kind and helpful staff … A note of merit for Rossella, Paolo's wife, practically always dedicated to the place and always present at any time …. To be commended …. We arrive at Michele the boy, apart from his innate sympathy, he knows how to do anything you ask for and will bend over backwards to satisfy you …… If you stay in Marina di Campo or surrounding areas you can't miss trying ….. Even if with more or less long breaks, we have been frequenting the island for years, we have tried various hotels, residences, restaurants and we have got a fairly clear idea of ​​the area and we can say with certainty that the restaurant da Paolo is by far the best in Marina di Campo and probably among the best on the entire island. The location is inside a pine forest a stone's throw from the beach of Marina di Campo, the raw material (mainly fish) is very fresh and cooked to perfection, respecting the traditions of the centenary grandmother! Fast and very kind service, well-stocked wine list. In 6 days we have been there twice for dinner, we have been frequenting it for years and they have never disappointed us! Highly recommended! P.S. if you order those magnificent grilled calamari ask the lady/owner to add pink pepper!, you will not regret it!
