It deserves five stars: the food is perfectly served, refined, and very tasty. The service is excellent, friendly, and efficient. Finally, the atmosphere is unique, with many charming details. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I recommend it.

It used to be an inn, then became a trattoria.
As soon as you enter, you immediately notice the difference from other places...where my memories come alive.
Speaking of food, I've never tasted such a good tagliata, skewers with baked potatoes, Erba Luce white wine, desserts, and coffee.
I'll definitely be back.

Excellent trattoria that is part of the "Ristoranti del buon ricordo". The menu is based on typical dishes, especially from Vercelli. Each course has top quality ingredients. I personally had a great time. The owner and managers are very friendly and helpful. In addition, the place is like a museum because the decor is unique and completely "covered" with retro objects, paintings, signs, etc. that give it a warm and welcoming air. I will definitely return!

Probably my favourite resteraunt ever. Great food and a host who had real character instead of the boring sensibilities of a normal resteraunt. Interesting decorations, and art and an all round lovely evening. This is a man who does things as he wishes, and you are free to like it or not, and I really do. It was great to meet Ben too.

Nice midweek experience, particular place in the decor, welcoming and extroverted environment, the staff is also very kind and knowledgeable about cooking and wine, excellent lunch, found a particular dish, the fried brains, which you love or hate, I love them and it's not at all easy to find them in a restaurant because it takes a moment to make a mistake.
Excellent welcome with two slices of venison salami. But I have to tell the truth, I came to taste the risotto, which met expectations (risotto with asparagus), even the artichoke salad met the standard. Exchange of two cordial words with the chef, I would say everything is ok, see you next time. P.S. the parrot was also very friendly 😁
