A historic kiosk in Siponto, which has changed management over the decades despite knowing how to maintain the tradition with the first beloved owner. Don't expect an exclusive location with an exclusive service: it's a kiosk that makes express panzerotti to be enjoyed at the table or while walking. And this is how it must be because panzerotto is Apulian street food. And since it's real street food, at real street food prices, queues during busy times are inevitable.

Gorgeous panzerotto, not only is it large but very stuffed. 100% recommended, the only thing is the wait if you arrive after 8pm you have to wait.

Panzerotti are super gut after the organization of 1-10 = 6 days. The Panzerotti are very good but the organization of 1-10 = 6 is a shame

Obviously the panzerotti are made on the spot so if there is a queue there is no point in complaining about the wait. For a dinner I ordered them first and we didn't wait more than 5 minutes. We took the classic ones and they were also good reheated the next day. There is also a lot of other fried stuff on site. Average prices.

For years, it has been a point of reference for panzerotto and many other delicacies, despite having changed management, it remains top!
