We had a wonderful time. The place is very unique and reminiscent of old farmhouses. It's a very quiet place, and the service is excellent. They brought both sparkling wine and salmon while we waited for our dishes, and they were always attentive to everything to make us feel pampered.
The food was truly excellent. I highly recommend it. I had a great time and will be back very soon. It's also very nice in the summer because there's an outdoor area with tables.

A pleasant dinner with Milanese appetizers. The nervetti, mondeghini, pickles, and bresaola rolls were all present, accompanied by sparkling wine. The first course was saffron risotto with ossobuco, which was a satisfying meal in itself. Paired with an excellent red wine. A worthy finale was a sbrisolona cake. Congratulations. Everything was excellent.

Panta Rei, as a small nod to the restaurant's name, features an hourglass on the table, and everything flows. Nice. The ambiance is tasteful and cozy. Soft lounge music makes for a pleasant conversation. The menu offers a wide selection: traditional Italian dishes with fish or meat, pizza, but also Japanese tataki or Korean boule. I would have liked a bit more consistency and a touch more attention to detail here. The dishes I enjoyed were fresh and tasty. The wine list is extensive and fair. All in all, I would gladly return anytime.

On the recommendation of a friend, we went to try this place. I was impressed with everything, from the classy atmosphere to the impeccable service, from the quality of the food to the bill. For me, a celiac, the fact that they have gluten-free options on the entire menu is wonderful. A truly wonderful discovery.
Lately, I also tried the gluten-free pizza, and I have to say, I really liked it.
I recommend trying it.

A beautiful location, rustic yet elegant. Quiet. A pleasant discovery thanks to friends who had been there before. I had a spectacular pizza with truffle cream and quality porcini mushrooms. I found the gluten-free dough very good and didn't notice any significant differences from the regular dough. The service was good, quick, and very friendly. Perhaps the only flaw was the tiramisu was a bit dry and hard to chew. Overall, I highly recommend it, especially for the wide selection of dishes on the menu.
