There was one person who worked the counter, served, took orders, cleared tables, and processed payments. No matter how hard he tried, you can't do this alone. It took a long time before we could eat. Gluten-free pasta and pizza were okay.

Seven of us came; I'm celiac. We ate very well, and despite it being very busy, it wasn't too noisy. Two things really stood out: Andrea's professionalism, accompanied by his smile for everyone at the table, and the fact that there were two separate kitchens (my gluten-free dishes came from the kitchen downstairs). The "regular" pizza left my mouth watering, but my gluten-free polenta dish was no exception (only the lukewarm polenta left something to be desired).

We had only one night in Turin, my wife doesn’t eat gluten so she chose this place for our dinner. It was just the best gluten free pizza and pasta we ever had.

We highly recommend it! The gluten-free pizza is perfect, and so is the tiramisu! It arrived very quickly, and the service was excellent.

We discovered this place thanks to a couple of friends who had been going there for a while. The staff is attentive, friendly, and fast, and the pizzas are very good, as are the desserts. Highly recommended...

As a gluten sensitive person, I was really curious about trying out Panperfocaccia during my daytrip to Torino. Me and my friend L stopped here for lunch and, even if I would've really wanted to try their pizza, in the end I opted for their pumpkin risotto with (very delicate) gorgonzola cheese and chestnuts.
I must say not the most original risotto yet the chestnuts really gave a unique aftertaste to some mouthful. I was quite satisfied, but it was a bit heavy on the stomach and took me some time to digest it lol
I would go back again to try their pizza!

Unexpectedly, this pizzeria/restaurant in one of the liveliest squares in Turin's historic center has two strings to its bow: traditional Piedmontese dishes, both tasteful and affordable; and gluten-free pizza with unusual toppings. A safe haven for tourists who aren't looking for Michelin stars or even big street food brands.

Family dinner, unusual but very, very tasty pizza. The entire menu can be made gluten-free. Excellent place! We'll definitely be back.
