Panini davvero ottimi, preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Ogni elemento si sentiva al palato: verdure croccanti, salumi saporiti, formaggi gustosi e pane fragrante e bello caldo. Il tutto ben bilanciato, senza sapori che si coprivano a vicenda. Si nota la cura nella scelta dei prodotti e nella preparazione. Tutto buono, semplice ma ricco di gusto. Perfetti per una pausa pranzo o uno spuntino sfizioso. Da provare sicuramente!

Franchino's biggest mistake to date. The sandwich is great, whatever combination you choose; bread warm to the right point and perfectly crunchy, impeccable and tasty ingredients, pleasant and professional staff. A great environment and an exceptional sandwich!

17/05/2025: Brasserie La Griglia is absolutely the point of reference in Piedmont (and probably not only) for dry-aged meat. Diego, the owner of the brasserie, has made dry-aging his reason for living and manages to transmit all his passion to the customers. It is possible to find the most delicate cuts to the more daring ones, the wine cellar is very well stocked, the desserts are good and abundant. The price is definitely below average, despite the very high quality. Go there, you won't regret it.
