From the province of Cagliari to Orgosolo, on Giuseppe's advice we went to Michela's to taste some of her products. What can I say and write about the two coccones de sa Candelara, one with purpuzza and one vegetarian? Mouth-watering. Then the two seadas, which we had rarely, if ever, eaten so good. All this was rounded off by a delightful chat, as if we had truly known each other all our lives. This will be my perennial recommendation for anyone who wants to visit this sandwich shop, because it is truly worth it. Thanks to Michela.

Simply delicious!
We had two coccone de sa Candelaria with purpuzza, so good we even had a third! The red wine from the Orgosolo winery was also delicious.
Great prices (€5 per sandwich) and incredible quality. Highly recommended!

Visiting the village of Orgosolo in September
It's time to eat. What shall we do?
What shall we eat?
We stumble upon the sandwich shop "Da Michela" by chance on the promenade and are drawn in by a young man who responds kindly and suggests what the place has to offer.
He's at the stove, preparing the "purpuzza" (a dish my husband and I will later try), but we're in awe of the display of foods he prepares himself with the help of his mother and grandmother. This place is perfect for us! Applause for what we tasted and a special mention for the "seada" (a dish made with care and shared between my husband and me, since he wanted it covered in sugar while I wanted it covered in honey.
Result: we stayed in Sardinia for 15 days, but we never ate such exceptional swordfish again.
We won't soon forget you!
