16/10/2025: Unfortunately, they spoke little English, but the staff was very welcoming nonetheless. Incredibly delicious pasta (ravioli with ragù ibleo)! There was no mention of dessert on the menu, but I was informed at the table. Unfortunately, the cannoli were sold out, but the alternative chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was also fantastic. The schnapps was complimentary. The only downside: the espresso came in a plastic cup. I recommend Gusto Ibleo to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent food.

02/05/2026: We arrived unexpectedly after a hike. Some of the best pasta I've ever eaten: anchovies, fennel, sundried tomatoes, olive oil, and almonds. Fabulous!
28/04/2026: I was passing by, it was fully booked, and they seated us anyway... Very friendly staff, excellent, high-quality food. We'll be back again, but with a reservation.
