Unfortunately, getting there is a real undertaking, given the many potholes along the narrow road. This difficulty disappears when you savor that divine porchetta sandwich, served with either crunchy or soft bread, depending on your personal preference. 31/10/2025: Arriving at Lake Vico on a classic autumn day, we stopped at the Riva Fiorita restaurant, with a wonderful view of the golden lake, in a relaxing and quite poetic setting. A delicious rustic dish with a unique flavor was the welcome of the kind waiters. After a short wait, the first courses arrived: ravioli with wild herbs and Pratignano (a local cheese), pappardelle with white wild boar ragù (homemade pasta), and trifle (grandmother's recipe). Everything was delicious; I have rarely eaten so deliciously, appreciating the authenticity and homey flavor, accompanied by a pleasant red wine. Hospitality, kindness, and goodness, a trio that made for a perfect couple of hours. Recommended
