I went there with my family because it was recommended to me. The lady was very cold and at times rude. The sandwich was good. Would I go back? No.

I went to Cristaldi expecting to eat a simple sandwich... and instead I found myself enjoying a theatrical gastronomic experience! Excellent-quality ingredients, flavorful meat, and a special mention for the seasoned sausage, truly spectacular. But the real masterpiece was the presentation: Giovanni managed to describe it with such enthusiasm and irony that for a moment I thought I was at a Michelin-starred tasting rather than in front of a sandwich truck! Between one joke and another, the sandwich disappeared in record time. Kudos to the entire staff: excellent food, cheerful atmosphere, and incredibly friendly staff. Because eating well is important, but laughing while doing it is even more important!
